This charming village house is spread over 3 floors, fully renovated, and boasts a terrace with stunning views.
On the first floor, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy dining area, a full bathroom, and a bedroom with two single beds and a window to the outside. From here, you can access the ground floor, which includes a bedroom with a double bed and access to the exterior.
On the second floor, you'll discover an additional bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a window to the outside, and direct access to the terrace, a spacious living room perfect for relaxing, and a second full bathroom. The house features a wood-burning fireplace and a pellet stove for cooler evenings, as well as fans to keep you cool during the summer months.
The terrace offers unobstructed views and is the perfect place to enjoy the outdoors and moments of tranquillity. In addition, you can enjoy a private adjoining garden, adding even more charm to this beautiful property.
You will also benefit from free parking on the surrounding streets, making your stay even more convenient. This allows you to explore the area with peace of mind, knowing you have a safe and comfortable place to return to at the end of the day.
Located at the foot of the majestic Sierra de Tramuntana and just 7 km from Inca, the very centre of the island, Selva is a charming Mallorcan village that combines the tranquillity of the countryside with the thrill of adventure sports. Every Wednesday, the main square comes alive with the hustle and bustle of the weekly market, where you can enjoy fresh, handmade products.
Our house is conveniently located just 150 metres from the main square, in one of the most picturesque areas of the village. Be captivated by the cobbled streets that invite you to stroll and explore the authentic beauty of Mallorca.
While we recommend having a car, Selva also offers a bus service to Inca, the train station, and Palma, with the nearest bus stop just 7 minutes from the house. From Inca, you can access transport to all parts of the island.

A temporary rental contract is mandatory and must be signed before check-in.
Water, electricity, and gas utilities are not included in the rental price. This ensures that you only pay for what you actually consume, promoting fair and mindful use of resources.

Venia buscando calma y huyendo de la ciudad y he encontrado naturaleza, inspiración y mucha paz. La casa es preciosa, decorada con gusto y muy amplia. El trato ha sido muy fácil y profesional. Selva es un pueblo tranquilo y bellísimo en el que te sientes acogido como si fueras un vecino más.
Ha sido una experiencia única que probablemente voy a repetir. :)

Trotz Corona-Einschränkungen haben wir die Zeit in Selva in vollen Zügen genossen. Schließlich kann man sich ja umstellen und das Beste draus machen, oder? Also dann: Das Haus ist liebevoll renoviert und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wer das authentische, mallorquinische Landleben mag, ist hier genau richtig. Dazu trägt auch die wunderschöne Umgebung mit ihren Bergen, Wäldern und Olivengärten bei. Andererseits muss dank Smart-TV niemand auf Netflix oder die Tagesschau verzichten. Und für digitale Nomanen, wie wir es sind, steht ein stabiles Wifi bereit. Zusätzliche Möglichkeiten bietet der gegenüberliegende Garten, aus dem wir uns mit Limonen für den Sundowner versorgen konnten. Ein Tipp für Feinschmecker: Das Miceli, nur drei Minuten vom Haus entfernt, bietet Spitzengastronomie zu unglaublich günstigen Preisen. Da wir gerne Langzeiturlaube machen, stört uns auch die Mindestaufenthaltszeit nicht im geringsten. Die Betreuung durch Victoria und Mercè war außerordentlich professionell, freundlich, korrekt und zuvorkommend. Mit anderen Worten: Wir waren rundum zufrieden.
