In this area the water is a delicate topic for contamination so having rain water to shower and general use in the house is a plus. The house is built in the center part of the land so you are far from the street noise, we have a beautiful garden in the front and a back yard and good internet connection. We do not recommend for kids under 10 years old for the design of the stairs and railings. The area has great atmosphere with hotels like Tiki Tiki and Casa Tulum and a wonderful community center located in the residential area of Holistika that offers daily program including yoga, sound healing, dance classes and many other activities plus amazing jungle paths, juice bar and restaurant.
