Loved this property. Very short walk across the sand to the water. Not overcrowded, at all. I was, also, impressed with the soundproofing. We never heard anyone else in their condos or even in the breezeways to the condos.

The time at Perdidfo Key was great, even the weather cooperated. All but check out time, it rained hard and was very windy. Rain was going sideways.
The condo was nice, out dated some. The patio chair cushions were very dirty so we didn't sit on them. Also, the chair cushion in the family area was dirty and unable to be sat on. The floors could have been cleaner. Found hair on the floor in the bathrooms. and all the light fixtures had a minimum of two bulbs not working. The door knobs were loos and not tightened as they should be.

This place was fine for us. It was pretty clean and the bed was nice and comfortable. But all chair cushions were soiled, and the furniture is uncomfortable and very old.
