About this house rental
Stained oak trim and hardwood flooring in the main living areas accent this 4 bedroom home capable of sleeping 12. One bedroom has a King bed and master bathroom attached all on the main floor. Upstairs there are three more bedrooms and a Jack and Jill bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and a single bed, and the other has a bunk that is twin on top and full on the bottom bed. The upstairs also has a rec room over the garage with a pool table and a futon . The kitchen is large with table and chairs for 6 and additional seating at the bar or in the open living area. Large screen tv with cable and internet are provided. Outside in back is a large two tier deck with patio furniture and a new propane grill.
All cooking utensils, pots, pans, and dishes are included as well as bedding, wash clothes, and towels are provided. There is a two car garage and ample parking outside for and additional 6 cars. We also have ample room to park your boat and trailer if you plan to go to one of the lakes while you are here.
Clemson University is a 25 minute drive, Table rock state park, the state fish hatchery, river rafting, and many hiking opportunities are 35 minutes or less from our home. It is only 10 minutes to the grocery, restaurants, and High falls county park with boat access to Lake Keowee. Falcon's Lair golf course is only a 5 minute drive.
We also offer an option to stock the refrigerator and food pantry with a list that you provide. The cost to do this would be the cost of the food and an hourly stocking fee.

Chose this property for an extended family visit to Clemson. House was clean, spacious, well stocked with amenities and very reasonable. May very well be back.

Tom and Cindy Bunn are lovely people and have a great home - played pool with my younger son and had a wonderful time. My wife loved all the flowers and birds around the home - The home is very clean and well maintained.We are building a home at the Lake and the location was perfect for us to run back and forth to our Waterside Crossing building site - defiantly coming back
