The Villa is located within the Saqqara Pyramid historic district, it is 1,200 meters away from Saqqara (Djoser) Step

The villa is built in two levels, total building area is 300 square meters, includes reception, dining room, kitchen, toilet, living room, office, and kitchenette one master bed room, and 4 bed rooms, 3 traces, swimming pool, changing room with toilet and shower, and swimming pool kitchenette.
Garden area is 2500 sq meters, with 260 meters walking track.
There is a sporting club, Saqqara Palm Club, 500 meters away. The daily rental includes: two gardeners, and one night watchman.
As well as a payable house help on demand.
Payable rented car, or bus, with driver and tour guide can be arranged on demand.
Swimming pool has an area of 140 square meters, with a spacious trace.
Garden has about 50 producing palm trees, and very nice lawn, as well as flower trees.
The property is close to two small village, where one can enjoy and experience the Egyptian farmers style of life.

We have travelled to several countries and continents but this property is easily one of the best we have stayed. The house is gorgeous with modern furnishing, welcoming staff, great scenery, and all the best life has to offer. There were a total of 5 staff waiting on us and all this was included in the rental. The host even took us out one night for dinner at a 5 star restaurant and paid for the meal! I couldn't say enough about Ibrahim and his amazing staff.
