About this apartment rental
The condo is located in South Kihei on Maui's sunny South side. The complex has a recently renovated pool area and beautiful, well-maintained tropical grounds. It is located within walking distance to everything, less than a 5-minute walk from Charley Young Beach, one of Maui's best swimming beaches, and Cove Park beach, one of Maui's best beginner surf spots. Shopping, restaurants, cafes, and Starbucks are within a 10-minute walk as is Kalama Beach Park which has beach volleyball courts, a skateboard park, a roller-skating rink, basketball courts and a playground. There's an assigned, off-street parking right in front of the unit.
The entire condo has been furnished and decorated with contemporary and warm décor. Tile flooring throughout the unit helps keep it cool and comfortable. The master bedroom features a luxurious, four poster king bed and a luxury plush, serta-pedic mattress when you need to rest after a long day at the beach, the pool or sightseeing around the island. The second bedroom is the perfect hangout spot for kids with a twin bunk bed, plenty of space to play and a portable crib for the little one. The bunk bed can be separated into two twin beds. The living room is spacious, features a couch, chair and coffee table, as well as a small dining area. And all the entertainment options you need are provided with a new 55" 4K UHD Roku Smart TV with free Netflix and YouTube TV, and of course there's free high speed WIFI. The bathroom was remodeled in 2011 with a bathtub for the kids, shower, and a large vanity with room for all your toiletries. And for those beautiful mornings or perfect, warm evenings there's a table and comfortable chairs on our private lanai so you can have your breakfast and dinner outside with a view of the tropical garden and the pool.
The beautiful and functional kitchen with Corian countertops is fully stocked with everything you need to cook in your home away from home. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, oven, gas stove, all necessary cooking utensils, blender, coffee maker, toaster, rice cooker and much more.
The condo is stocked with everything needed for a comfortable and fun stay. That includes beach chairs, umbrella strollers, coolers, beach towels, lots of towels, and some board games and toys.
With two bedrooms, the condo is just perfect for you and your kids. With two children of my own the condo has been furnished with everything I look for when traveling with the kiddos. The unit provides a luxurious hideaway for adults with a beautiful master bedroom, a functional kitchen and perfect entertainment system. On top of that, everything has been setup with kids in mind. It is all about keeping the kids happy so that everyone is happy! The second bedroom comes with a bunk bed and has a large open floor space so there's room to play. There is also a real wood portable crib on wheels that can fit in either bedroom or be moved around, as needed. There is a single and a double umbrella stroller. With a stroller, the nearby playground, beaches and restaurants are within walking distance for everyone! The condo is on the ground level and doesn't have any stairs, so you don't need to carry anything or anyone up and down the stairs or have anybody fall down. The condo is generally child safety proofed. The ladder on the bunk bed can be taken off making the top bunk bed off limits and there is a safety gate to close off the kitchen (or any room for that matter). No dangerous fall from the lanai as it's on the ground floor. Other things to make your stay enjoyable include toys, games, plastic kids utensils, booster chair, beach toys, and kids' life vests (use at own risk). And I know your kids will enjoy picking their favorite TV show on Disney+ or Netflix when they need to wind down after an action-packed day.

Very cute place, in walking distance to every thing. Very clean, check in was very easy we were actually able to check in a little early. Ac until and a fan in all the rooms but still got pretty toasty, the only thing I could recommend is black out curtains for the whole place. But overall amazing stay would 10/10 stay again.

Michael was very flexible and a great communicator & made me feel comfortable during my stay. Although the property is a bit older, it’s very clean with very lovely comfortable bedding. I did not use the extra room as I was traveling solo but there are lots of beach items both for adults and children. It was a very short walk to Charlie Young Beach, which is a lovely beach. And close walking distance to everything else you might need. I did not have a car and didn’t feel ant all stranded.

I want to say big thank you to Michael! No matter what time I texted him he responded me immediately. The location is super convenient in just walking distance you will find grocery stores, cafes, Starbucks, souvenir shops and many many more. Beach just across the street! In apartment you will find all you need for comfort living! I highly recommend Michael’s rental for your future stay! Thank you again Michael for the pleasant vacation

We enjoyed our stay at the condo and on the island. The condo was as described, clean, quiet, and conveniently located near the beach and restaurants. We would stay here again!
