Disappointing

Clean apartment.

I had a disappointing experience due to thin walls, allowing for constant noise from disruptive guests throughout the night, and ineffective response from the security team despite multiple complaints. I would caution others seeking a peaceful stay to consider alternative accommodations.

It was a brand new apartment, and also the location is perfect: all new houses and near the beach.

They were missing some stuff like a broom to clean, the dishwasher was a bit small, and also there was too few glasses.

Near to the beach Agency very helpful and professional

To much useless stuff in Appartement e.g. Empty planting pots, broken solar lamps, every storage room full with stuff e.g waffle iron. For a family with baby not really convenient . Too much stuff that can brake. No storage room for food and baby stuff in kitchen. No restaurants near by. No supermarket near by. Area of the Appartement was very dirty. House very loud (thin walls)

Perfect, modern, perfectly located place for a perfect price - the origo for a perfect holiday.

Perfect location, close to both the beach and downtown, bus stops. Good parking space spacious and highly comfortable, near-luxurious apartment, with a great and super terrace, the hosting agency was really flexible, always accessible and really helpful, everything went well.

A coffee machine in the kitchen would have been nice. Tiny thing, but while two keys are available for the apartment, only one is given as standard - one needs to ask for the second.

Excellent value for money!

The apartment was brand new, very well equipped and above average furnished! We had a good night sleep in very comfortable beds and rooms. The balcony was super nice to hang out during the day and night.

We had some challenges with the power outage on our first day in the apartment, but manager quickly sent us handy man who fixed the issue and we haven't had any problems again. Wifi was really bad, have to say this unfortunatelly... also, if I have to nitpick, the apartment could have been cleaned better after the previous guests. But, I understand the small amount of time they have between two different groups of guests and blame the previous guests more than the managers.

Buona soluzione per una settimana di mare

Appartamento nuovo con cucina attrezzata e lavastoviglie • il nostro appartamento aveva 2 bagni e quindi questo è un grande plus per un soggiorno di 4/5 persone • molto bella e funzionale l'area comune con la cucina/divano letto e terrazzo esterno coperto, molto piacevole per mangiare/goderselo in serata a fine giornata • posizione a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di Babe Beach (con acqua molto pulita e in parte sabbia sul fondale) e a 15 min di auto da altre belle spiagge (consiglio quelle di Jadra rocciosa e Kukurina sabbiosa).

Aria condizionata presente al centro del corridoio tra le 2 camere ma non direttamente nelle stanze, quindi insufficiente in caso di notti estive molto calde • le 2 camere erano un po' piccole e con letti molto alti quindi non comodissimi • al momento del check-in c'è stata un po' di confusione con l'addetto per capire dove si trovasse la casa e firmare i documenti, risolto comunque in poco tempo • suggerirei di aggiungere una sedia in giardino e in cucina, dato che l'appartamento è offerto per 5 persone • il centro di Novaglia è piacevole ma niente di indimenticabile (stile moderno, senza attrattive di rilievo).

Eine saubere und große Wohnung mit separierten Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer.

Doppelte Terrasse und relativ ruhige Lage, 5 Minuten vom Strand entfernt, 15 - 20 Minuten Fußweg in die Stadt. Weiterer Pluspunkt ist die Waschmaschine. Zusätzliche Übernachtungen ohne Probleme möglich.

Parkplätze sehr Eng. Leider kein Geschirrspüler vorhanden.

All’arrivo siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti: la casa è molto bella, accogliente e dotata di quasi tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno piacevole. La zona è tranquilla e abbastanza comoda, con il mare non troppo distante. Tuttavia, per raggiungere la spiaggia Zrc Bich è necessario prendere l’autobus. Il mini market più vicino si trova a circa 5 minuti a piedi, ma il percorso è in salita e i prezzi sono decisamente alti, il che può essere scomodo per la spesa quotidiana. Purtroppo abbiamo avuto un problema piuttosto fastidioso con la presenza di cimici: inizialmente erano solo sulla veranda, ma col tempo hanno cominciato a entrare in casa. Riteniamo sarebbe opportuna una disinfestazione preventiva per evitare disagi futuri agli ospiti. All’arrivo siamo stati accolti gentilmente e accompagnati fino alla struttura, cosa molto apprezzata. Tuttavia, ci è stato negato categoricamente il check-out posticipato, nonostante il nostro volo fosse alle 17:00. Non ci è stata data nemmeno la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in deposito, il che ci ha creato non pochi problemi logistici. Al momento del check-out abbiamo lasciato la casa in ordine, la cucina pulita e l’immondizia raccolta ordinatamente sul tavolo. Nonostante questo, ci è stato detto che ci sarebbero stati trattenuti 50 euro dalla cauzione perché i piatti non erano stati messi nella lavastoviglie – che, peraltro, non funzionava. Altri aspetti da migliorare: • Il phon non funzionava sempre e il diffusore presente non era compatibile. • Le lenzuola e i letti risultavano macchiati, cosa che ci ha lasciati un po’ perplessi sul livello di pulizia generale. • Per un soggiorno di 6 giorni, due asciugamani a testa (uno grande e uno piccolo) sono probabilmente insufficienti. • La lavatrice era disponibile, ma non c’erano detersivi e i prezzi per acquistarli erano molto alti.
