Stayed in a deluxe mountain view room + The staff at front desk that checked me in seemed to speak almost perfect english (was a welcome change, I think she spoke the best english out of all the staff I encountered in the whole trip). The other lady the next morning was also really helpful trying to answer my questions the best she could! Thank you to both. + Own 'mud' bath in room. I think you basically pay really high prices for this convenience. It's not really muddy muddy but I think it's all mixed in, I checked out the main public area / source and treatment tanks the next day and feel that the mud here is lighter and must be mixed in with more minerals. Either way the water was super hot, enjoyable and my skin felt great after!!! The hotel does have public hourly rates downstairs I feel like all night too so guests come in and out all the time. + Wasn't too noisy for me

- A bit too pricey at $5000 NTD during a busy period - Bathroom gets really wet if you have a shower, everything gets wet and it's a really big bathroom. Hard for those not used to wet style Asian bathrooms where everything is together and the water just pools everywhere. - Not going to lie, breakfast is pretty ordinary. The reviews are true and I haven't seen anyone say they enjoy it yet it's still being served. I was super hungry so I ate it all. Yeah it was cold but I only went down to get it at 9am.

飯店人員都很親切，有問題都會馬上幫忙處理。而且，飯店位置真的很棒，附近就有很多好吃的東西，旁邊還有超商，隨時要補貨都很方便。重點！！房間的湯屋放水真的超級快的，打開整理一下東西就可以進去泡了～超讚
