About this house rental
Relax and unwind in our newly renovated 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, 2,180 sq ft private lakefront home. Spread across three levels, each level has a bedroom, bathroom, and private deck offering stunning lake and mountain views from every floor.
Sleeping Arrangements & Home Features:
• Upper Floor: Master suite with queen bed, 4-piece bathroom, and private deck with incredible views.
• Main Floor: Spacious living room with incredible lake views, open kitchen with quartz countertops and island, laundry room with 2-piece bathroom, and two bedrooms, each with one twin bed. Step out to the large partially covered deck with seating and BBQ area.
• Lower Level: Queen bedroom with 3 piece bathroom and large deck featuring a hot tub overlooking the lake.
• Comfort: Heat pump with air conditioning keeps the house cozy year-round.
Outdoor & Lake Activities:
• Private dock and sandy beach — perfect for swimming, sunbathing, or tying up your boat. Parking for boat trailers is available across the street.
• Bring your boat, kayak, or paddleboard and explore the lake at your leisure. Boat rentals and fuel docks are also nearby.
• Enjoy gorgeous sunsets, peaceful mornings, and scenic hikes all around.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely location on Sproat Lake. This house is beautiful! My husband paddled on the paddle board and I kayaked. We enjoyed watching the sun come up and the sun go down. Read lots of books! We ate most of meals here. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Bathrooms were spotless. We hope to be back soon. We hated to leave!

Very nice property, owner is great to work with and super responsive with recommendations, a few upgrades here and there would make this a true 5 star property, nothing major though, overall we were very pleased with our stay!

We love Sproat lake! Tammy's place has an amazing dock and beach. The view from the deck can't be beat. We will be back!

Such a wonderful lakefront property. We are avid water skiers so the location and the boat friendly dock are a big plus. The house is spacious and well supplied, comfortable with nice big breezy porches and decks. It was hot so we didn’t use the hot tub much but it is a nice feature for sure. Thanks again Tammy- you’ll see us again!
