This beautiful bayside four bedroom, two bathroom, second level unit is a truly unique find accepting reservations with a three night minimum during the peak of the Summer Season. Located just three and a half blocks from the free Wildwood Beaches and Boardwalk, this unit is a great economical opportunity to spend a weekend at the Shore. An additional advantage of this vacation rental is the adjoining door with the connected unit located in the kitchen. Alleviate any parking concerns with onsite parking for two cars in the parking spots directly out front of the unit entry, or free street parking on Oak Ave. Bike racks, grills, and picnic tables are available for use outside of the three primary unit entrances. With onsite parking for 2 cars, a great location in proximity to the center of town and the Wildwood Beaches and Boardwalk, and accommodations for ten people, this vacation rental is a great choice for anyone. Exquisite dining options just off nearby New Jersey and Pacific Avenues include Alfe’s Italian Restaurant, Comercial Mexicana, Cattle ‘n Clover Irish Pub, Dragon House Chinese Restaurant, and for a quick bite, the new Krispy Krunchy Chicken. Booking your Vacation rental through us can help ease the process of booking Summer reservations and save you money. All of our reservations have an amenities package included in the cost of stay. This includes bedsheets for all beds, pillows, towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths). Linen package will be left at the entry door of the property on arrival day, you can request for an additional fee of $150.00 to have the beds made prior to your arrival. Tenants will need to bring Blankets, Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Additional Linen and Beach Equipment Rentals are available through Beach Home Linens.
VRBO is a property advertising website only. All final decisions regarding reservations are at the owners sole discretion. Once a reservation is confirmed on our end, your actual payment is taken, reservation confirmation sent, and lease is generated. Once the lease is signed by both the property owner and tenant, then your reservation is final.
The Powers Group Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy: Any payments put towards a reservation total are refundable, minus fees, once the dates have rebooked at the original rate.

The unit was very clean and appears just as it is in the pictures. The four bedrooms -with queen beds and No bunk beds- appealed to us as our children are grown and gone with no young children of their own. There is plenty of free parking across the street on the weekdays.

Overall it was a great experience. We did have problems with accessing the wifi as the provided password didn't work and couldn't get resolved through agent. Would have been nice to have a hook in the bathroom for the hand towel. The fans rattled. Distance to beach was not bad at all. Felt very safe walking around. Having parking was very nice. Overall was a very good rental for our vacation.

My girlfriends and I came to Wildwood for the Barefoot Country Music Fest. We found this rental on VRBO. It suited our needs, the place was clean, close to festival. It was a little further of a walk than we anticipated, but not too far, about a 10 minute walk. It had everything we needed for our long weekend.

We had a fun stay overall and really enjoyed our time in Wildwood. The house itself was okay — not perfect, but it worked for our group and was a good fit for a quick weekend trip.What we liked:The private front door and hallway made the place feel more like our own space.There were plenty of bedrooms to accommodate everyone comfortably.We appreciated that towels, linens, soap, toilet paper, etc. were included — very convenient.The grills were great for cooking, and the AC worked really well.The parking situation was easy, and it was within walking distance to a grocery store and beer store.Communication with the rental agents was smooth — they were helpful and responsive throughout the process.What could be improved:The walk to the beach was about 15 minutes — not a dealbreaker, and we knew that ahead of time, but worth noting.The ceiling fans were noisy and felt a bit unstable on higher settings.The living room couches weren’t the most comfortable.All the TVs were fairly outdated and had grainy cable — it would be great if at least the main living room had a smart TV.The master bedroom is right next to the Wildwood water utility building, so there were loud noises each morning from trucks and dumpsters being moved.Overall, the place had what we needed and we made the most of it. For a quick weekend trip, it worked well — and with a few updates, it could be even better.
