'Sticks in the Sand properties' are located in the Heart of Old Destin. This Sunchase townhome unit is on the most highly-desired beaches of Destin, and you can't get a better seat. You will be within walking distance to some of Destin's favorite Restaurants. 1 block from Whale's Tale. There's no pool here, but the ocean is all yours. Just step off your deck onto your own private beach.
A 5 min drive of outlet malls, many restaurants, and other retail shopping. Want to go to the Destin Harbor, then give yourself ten minutes driving time, and you're there.
Close to everything, comes with everything.: This is a 'NO SMOKING' ,'non pet' unit which can sleep up to 6 Adults. The top floor has the Master bedroom with a King Size Bed, remodeled bathroom. It also has the guest bedroom that comes with a queen and a bunk beds. Both bedrooms have their own custom tiled bathrooms. There are flat panel TV's, The second floor has a fully stocked Kitchen equipped with appliances, dishes, silverware, and cookware. A half bath and a full living room with large TV, foldout sofa's, providing 3 individual sleeping spaces. There are Linens, Towels, and a private Washer / Dryer on the first floor for your convenience.
Beach Time: Their are private balconies on every level! Equipped with chairs for a relaxing evening in the breeze. The scenery is complete with both a breathtaking view of the Gulf and the sounds of the waves breaking on the beach. Play in the beach all day and rinse off in the outdoor shower.
The third floor master bedroom is located next to the ocean so you can hear the waves even with the doors closed.
There is one parking space that holds 2 STANDARD cars back to front. it is directly in front of the unit.
Lastly, no more looking for the perfect beach spot since the unit is deeded all the beach to to the water!

This was our second time staying at Sticks in the Sand, and I'm so glad we did. You can't ask for a better view. The private beach gave us plenty of room instead of being overcrowded on the public beaches. We were close to restaurants and shopping. 10/10 for my family.
