Take a walk to the beach and bring the bikes .Cook on the grill in the backyard with plenty of seating . And a hammock to relax while watching the gorgeous sunsets! All linens and towels included! All appliances include dishwasher , fully equipped kitchen for your convenience . Day bed in glassed in front porch is amazing for summer nights! Come spend a week or maybe more on beautiful West Island! Across the street from the water. Satellite TV , 4 off street parking . 1,500.00 weekly or a three day minimum, security deposit required. Pet negotiable. Marina on the Island, food drinks , music.

Perfect location. Well maintained property. Very clean. Quiet street very close to beach. Host is very friendly and supplied things that are not normally supplied ... like TP, napkins, ketchup, mustard and spices. Also has a shed with beach chairs and bikes. Just a wonderful vacation.

Talk about not needing or wanting for anything… This house has it all! Convenient location to the beach; and a spectacular view from the front porch across the bay.

The Cozy Cottage has it all! We do a lot of vrbo rentals and this one by far was the best. Beautiful location, water views, nice walkable beaches. Perfect place to let kids rides bikes to explore the island. Beth has thought of everything to make a family comfortable. We brought our boat up for the week and it was a great place to explore the vineyard, cuttyhunk, and other great locations. We have already talked about coming back

This was our 2nd year renting Beth's Cozy Cottage by the sea and it was even better than we remembered. My parents spent the weekend with their dog and loved it. Everything was perfect and the house had everything they needed. Comfortable beds, new bathroom, loads of fluffy towels, linens, TV's in all the rooms, and the best part is the porch. We spent so much time just sitting on the sunroom/porch watching the boats go by and everyone walking, biking, or rollerblading by. It was so entertaining for my dad who loved the binoculars to look out over the ocean. I hope that Beth's place can be an annual tradition for our family. Thank you Beth for being such a wonderful host and sharing your Cozy Cottage with us.
