La vista rilassante sulle montagne. La tranquillità, la comodità dei posti auto sotto casa, la professionalità del custode Pino. A piedi 10 minuti per il centro del paese e altrettanti per la cabinovia che porta a ca. 1700 metri.

Posizionato davanti a quello che una volta era il baby del "Braja", in 5 minuti a piedi sei in centro. Bilocale pulito e ben arredato.
