Apartment Tanger Penthouse duplex with sea view

The host was exceptional, even though we do not speak French well. We were met late at night for a last-minute check-in, and everything in the apartment was clean and nice.

The property is close to the beach, nice location, the condo is traditional not modern, Mr. Soufiane very nice and helpful.

The property was not calm, the neighbors had argued and were screaming early morning when everyone is sleeping, nobody was able to intervene to prevent that argument or to call the cops. A lot of guests were in the complex renting other condos which made it very complicated to get the elevator easy and in timely manner. The worse thing that the owner has a camera at the entrance door recording you and looking at you the whole stay if you have visitors for a cup of tea or coffee he will think they are coming to stay in his property and asks for more money. The rate of the property was expensive and doesn’t match the market rate or other condos in the same area. The hallway of the complex was dirty and not clean it was construction there and the dirty was left.

This apartment is perfectly located. The parking garage is very accessible, and the street is full of excellent restaurants, including some of the best in Tangier just a short walk away. The beach is also less than a minute away on foot. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Everything we needed, including towels and other essentials, was provided. The host, Sofian, was extremely friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. He was always approachable and readily available whenever we had a question. The views from both the terrace and the living room are fantastic, offering a beautiful panorama of the city and the sea. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment. We will definitely be coming back!
