A great place to stay.

The location was perfect, the accommodation comfortable and the bar, pool and gardens absolutely lovely. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. A great place to stay, near to the beach and to shops and tavernas.

There was nothing we didn’t like. Other reviews have said that the accommodation is a little old fashioned, and that’s true, but we’ve been coming to Corfu for years, and we rather like a basic Greek room, when it’s as clean and well cared for as this.

We had a lovely holiday, but wouldn’t go back to Kouros Apartments

The location was excellent and the pool area was lovely.

The bathroom was appalling; the aircon didn’t work very well; the wardrobe smelt of mould; no welcome pack; towels were old and not changed very often; not great value for the money paid.

Perfect place for an idyllic summer holiday in beautiful Agios Stefanos.

The location of this hotel was fabulous - across the road from a lovely beach and 5 mins walk to the centre of this lovely little town with very good eateries and convenience shops. The property has a lovely pool and cafe/bar area to hang out in, and we spent a lot of time there. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming and the apartments have spacious bedrooms and everything you need, including balconies and kitchenettes to self-cater. We had an amazing time, and wholeheartedly recommend.

Not a big deal, but the apartments are a bit aged. However they are kept very clean and we were very comfortable.

Good location. Budget option for short stay.

Owners are friendly and welcoming. Outside area and bar is pleasant. Location very good near to centre and beach. Apartment kept clean by regular cleaning.

The apartments are in need of renovation. The shower room was a shower tray next to toilet and a hose at waist height, curtain on a rod, but does not serve a purpose, more of a wet room. Beds very hard. Pool small and full of floats and children. This is a budget stay so you get what you pay for in a good destination.

A very relaxing stay.

All the staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. The pool was lovely, set in a very pretty garden. There are only 8 apartments so the public areas never feel crowded. The beach was close by, offering sunbeds, showers and refreshments. Good value for money.

The bathroom and kitchen facilities inside the apartment really need updating, Investment in new bed linen would also be a good idea. It would have been great to have Greek yoghurt etc on the breakfast menu!

Great place to stay

Had a fabulous time, the apartment was extremely clean with maid service and clean towels everyday, aircon was brilliant, fabulous pool and restaurant bar, breakfast was delicious, thank you so much Yannis and family for your great hospitality, we can't wait to come back

Another great week in San Stef

Welcoming, clean, spacious, great location, friendly staff

Sunbeds close to plants which attract mosquitoes, so a fair few bites even with repellent. Two sockets didn’t work, one being hairdryer (which was fixed to the wall so couldn’t use it elsewhere). This was mentioned to 2 people on day 2 but not rectified. Air con controller had to be reset each time elec was off due to battery issues. General maintenance just needs a little attention

Great stay close to a nice beach and excellent restaurants

The 2 brothers Yannis & Alekos and their families are very friendly hosts. Excellent pool area where you can enjoy a good breakfast. Comfortable room with 2 balconies one with pool view and the other with seaview. The room was cleaned everyday and new towels were brought. Close to everything : 1 min. walk to the beach, supermarket and nice restaurants.

The apartments are old but there is new pool that is very nice with bar & restaurant. Food was very good but the apartment was not what we expected. Bathroom was very old and so the facility. It’s worth the renewal 😉Air-condition was working very well and the stuff was very nice and helpful. The location is perfect-not far away from the beach.

Basic, no frills accommodation

The pool area was attractive & clean. Plenty of sunbeds. We only used the facility a couple of times as we prefer the beach but the hosts were very welcoming.

Everything was great, we've enjoyed our stay. Rooms were comfortable and clean, every day clean towels, pool just fine, beach close enough, but the best was the staff! Superfriendly, helpfull, accomodating etc.

A nice place

A nice host and beautiful pool area and bar, great service there. We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment, it has 2 terraces and the rooms were comfortable. I’d recommend renovation of the bathroom. 5 min walk from the beach through stairs. The restaurants, supermarkets and gift shops are 5 min walk away.

There were no mosquito nets on the doors to the terraces which makes it impossible to keep them open without mosquitos entering. No bathroom amenities like soap and shampoo. Noise from the main road if you keep the terrace doors of the rooms open at night. When closed it’s fine.

Great stay - will definitely be back.

Great location with brilliant pool area. Very short walk to both the beach and village. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were kept very clean and contain everything you need. The beds were comfy and we slept well every night. We are looking forward to staying again!

The bathroom (namely the shower) could do with modernising - it all worked fine, with plenty of hot water and good water pressure, but just not overhead.

Very good

Cosy apart hotel with excellent premium pool area. The building facade looks new, so the furniture in the apartment, however the kitchen and toilet looks like from 90's, It was clean, however old, so that was the only weak point of the location. Great hosts - Yannis and his brother were very friendly, always with the smile. A walking distance to the beach was additional advantage. I truly recommend this place for family holidays

Very good apartments in a very lovely resort.

Typically Greek apartments; basic, but immaculately clean. Good location; within easy walking distance to beach, supermarkets and restaurants. Manager met us on arrival and was very pleasant and helpful. When we had a couple of problems with things not working properly, he ensured they were repaired the same day. The rooms were cleaned and fresh towels and lined provided on alternate days. Wifi was strong and generally reliable. We found the rooms to be very quiet and private. On the whole, we loved San Stefanos (North West). It has one of the nicest beaches we've visited for years, with soft, golden sand, shallow, warm sea and good facilities at reasonable prices. All the restaurants we ate at were very good, and again prices were very reasonable (most main meals being between 7.00 and 14.00 Euros). We would definitely go back.

Słoneczne wakacje w Agios Stefanos

Obiekt na żywo wygląda lepiej, ponieważ zdjęcia są odrobinę nieaktualne i zagospodarowany został większy kawałek terenu, jest więcej leżaków, dekoracyjnych drobiazgów, zadaszeń, nie widać też już tego betonowego ogrodzenia. Świetny gospodarz i cały personel również bardzo miły, pomocny i uśmiechnięty. Cały dzień dostępny barek z dość szerokim menu, jest też toaleta. W apartamencie jest suszarka, deska do prasowania, żelazko, mikrofalówka, toster. Niektóre pokoje (np. 6 i 8) mają balkony po obu stronach domu, dzięki czemu można unikać słońca (lub się na nim wygrzewać jak ktoś woli) o dowolnej porze dnia. Z Kouros Apts. jest bardzo blisko do plaży, ot przechodzisz na drugą stronę ulicy, przechodzisz przez parking i masz już schody w dół na plażę. Która jest całkiem fajna: piaszczysta, z bardzo płytką wodą przyjazną dla małych dzieci, niezatłoczona. Leżaki na plaży 8-10E za zestaw (ceny lipiec 2025), polecam plażową knajpeczkę "Joia", w cenie leżaków można korzystać z basenu. W Agios Stefanos polecam zaś tawernę "Fantasea", gdyż mają świetną obsługę, duże porcje smacznego jedzenia oraz widok na morze. Piekarnia jest w odległości przyjemnego spacerku, po drodze do niej przy głównej ulicy są trzy markety. Generalnie sam obiekt jak i naprawdę urocze miasteczko Ag. Stefanos polecam, moim zdaniem jest tu lepiej niż w np. Sidari.

Komary pierwszej nocy. Rada na to: trzeba je jak najszybciej fizycznie wyeliminować, a potem trzymać w gniazdkach rozpylacze repelentów, unikać (o ile to możliwe) wieczorem otwierania drzwi i okien. Kolejne noce były już całkowicie spokojne.
