About this house rental
Well suited for family events, this one level, 2300 square foot home has a wonderful great room/ kitchen/ patio/ backyard arrangement that handles large families well. Central Air Conditioning makes it comfortable. Three bedrooms at the quiet end of the house complement the kitchen and video game office at the socializing end of the house, for good sound separation. A separate formal dining/ living room area is set up to extend the dinner table to seat large groups. The roomy kitchen with the 5X7 island makes meal preparation part of the socializing.
Three full baths of en suite walk in shower in master bedroom, hall bath with tub shower combination, third bathroom by den with tub shower conbination and a 110 gal. water heater, and new appliances make for trouble free living. Lots of off street parking includes space for a large RV or boat, or toy trailers.
Three blocks from downtown Kanab, eight blocks to the exceptional city park complex which has a park and picnic area, ball diamonds, tennis courts, and a new city pool with lazy river.
Kanab is central to several national recreation areas, Lake Powell, and St. George. Truly something for everyone!

We loved our stay at the home. Its spacious, big kitchen, spotless, lot of entertainment in home. Very convenient location to do all the touristy things around Kanab. Kudos to Host to share such a beautiful home.

This house is spotless and fully stocked! I've never stayed in such a well stocked short term rental. You want for nothing. We were a family of 6 and there was so much room for all of us.

This house was awesome! Susan and Howard thought of everything, we didnt lack for a single thing while staying there. Beds were comfy, the towels were soft and a convient location to the national parks. Great space for a family. Thank you so much for sharing you home with us us!
