About this villa rental
Azul Profundo I can be rented starting on 8 bedrooms for 5 nights. Our villa is private and we only rent one group at a time. Even if you don’t rent the entire villa, your group would be the only one staying at the house (the unused bedrooms would remain closed)
Azul Profundo I is a spectacular oceanfront 15 bedroom villa perched on a rocky cliff overlooking the spectacular and famous geological landmark Los Arcos, 5 miles south of downtown Puerto Vallarta, next to the Mismaloya beach.
Casa Azul Profundo is located 5-10 minutes walking distance from Mismaloya beach, which is one of the best beaches in Puerto Vallarta. Half of the beach has an outdoor palapa style restaurant with beer and local food and the rest of the area is a stretch of sandy beach.
IMPORTANT information about rates, the quote you obtain, based on the number of people, is good for 2 people per bedroom.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS – Our policies for direct reservations is the following: Cancellations made prior to 150 days of arrival date will be assessed a 15% handling fee (of total rental amount) which is a cancellation fee. Cancellations made after 150 days prior to arrival date will be assessed a cancellation fee of 100% of total rental amount.
All cancellations must be in writing. Failure to notify us of any cancellation in writing will result in a 100% rental fee forfeiture without re-imbursement for any reason.
In case the number of guests and / or rooms decreases, Casa Azul Profundo is not responsible and the money paid will not be refunded (some exceptions apply). It is the responsibility of the client to book the house with a secure number of guests to avoid future inconveniences.
Important notes: Please notice that our house is located in a tropical, lush area so wildlife and insects should be expected. Our villas are regularly fumigated, however insects are possible because of the open spaces throughout. We recommend the bedrooms doors to be closed with lights off (when no one is inside), especially during the rainy season.

The staff were absolutely amazing and did everything to make our stay wonderful. The pool heat was not turned on until the day we left and the jets in the jacuzzi did not work. I would 100% stay there again!

Our hosts, Simon and Fernanda were incredibly communicative and helpful. I cannot say enough good things about the staff. Javier, the house manager was lovely and warm and endlessly helpful. Celene made amazing, fresh food and her daughters even came to help. Gris kept everything clean and perfectly stocked. The views from this villa are unmatched and the people of PV and Mismaloya are truly so special. We were a group of 12 women on a retreat and there was plenty of space to relax, connect, and just enjoy the beauty, while also having roomy private accommodations and our own bathrooms. We were on our last full day when the violence erupted in PV following the death of El Mencho, and not only did we stay safe at our villa, they made sure we still had food and supplies and could stay until we were able to safely fly out. Truly cannot express our gratitude enough for the staff, who were in a scary and stressful situation and were still concerned for us and our comfort and safety. We will forever hold this place as special- for its beauty and for the generosity and care of the people of casa azul profundo. I hope people come to visit soon, and if you do, don’t hesitate to book this property for your group.

The home is beautifully built. With the open living room you can see great views. This also leaves room for bugs and other insects to get in the home a lot easier. The owner was very kind, and willing to accommodate us because of this issue in the end.
