About this cabin rental
Nestled in the woods, this charming vacation cabin is less than 2 miles from the West Entrance to Glacier National Park.
A comfortable place to kick up your feet, you’ll enjoy the warmth of this cabin-style home with wide-plank pine wood floors, and walls constructed with 100-year-old logs. The home offers a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, washer and dryer, and living room with comfortable seating and a vast collection of books on hiking, wildflowers, and historical/special points of interest in Glacier Park. You'll also enjoy the pleasant views of the park’s peaks from the screened-in front porch, the five acres of wooded grounds to explore, and frequent sightings of elk, deer and other wildlife.
There are two full bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom, located upstairs, has a king bed, full bath, and a private deck in which to enjoy the beautiful, peaceful surroundings. The second bedroom on the main floor has a full size bed.
Being a short distance to Glacier National Park makes this cabin an ideal home base for any Glacier vacation. All services are about a mile away, including whitewater raft companies, scenic helicopter tours, guided fishing trips and great restaurants.

Amazing place - so grateful to get to have stayed in the cabin. Shawn did a great job managing the stay - very clean and the best stocked short term rental we’ve stayed at - you can tell the owner/family use the cabin and care deeply for it. Location was perfect for our 1st adventure in Glacier and Shawn gave a bunch of great insight into things to do etc. Screened in porch was tops! The only bummer is the multiple trains that blow horns all hours of the night (no sleeping with the windows open for us) - it’s an issue for the whole town of West Glacier, so ear plugs and maybe a sound machine go a long way. Highly recommend staying here and hope to be able to come back someday.

This cozy cabin was perfect for our stay. It's super close to GNP yet tucked away in the woods on 5 acres. Communication with the manager was great. Loved the very informative info he sent on things to do and places to see. As frequent visitors to the park, we found places and experiences we didn't know about (learn about "strength through pie"). Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had what we needed. Given that we were getting muddy on our hikes, our only complaint was that the washer & dryer really need to be replaced. They are quite old and never got our clothes clean. Loved that there was no TV in the cabin. The living room faced the windows and the woods, highlighting why we were there. The screened-in porch was also a great place to hang out together.
