About this house rental
Beautiful custom home in the wooded Western foothills of Teton Valley, ID with a Grand Teton view! Situated on a secluded 4 acres, this home is in a desirable location for those vacationers who want to get away from it all. National Forest access is just a short drive away for those looking to hike, bike, snow shoe, or snowmobile!
This 3 story home has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 2 living/family rooms, and a large open main floor with kitchen, dining, living, and laundry. The home has high quality finishes, from the antique black walnut hardwood floors, to the stainless steel appliances, up to the grand windows, and vaulted ceilings. A propane fireplace in the main floor living room helps keep you toasty through the Winter visits. The main floor also has the master suite, with a king sized bed, television, and a large ensuite bathroom.
Leading to the basement, which is also garage and outside access level, there is another private bedroom with a queen bed and an ensuite bath.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and two twins, and the other with a queen bed that will share another full bathroom. There is a loft family room with an additional flat screen TV and a built in desk for those who still need to work while away from home.
Absolutely no pets and no smoking allowed.
We will refund in full for any cancellations prior to 60 days before check in. If you cancel with 30 days of your check in date, we will charge $100. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you are only eligible to receive your cleaning fee back unless otherwise agreed upon.
Additional insurance fee for stays over 29 nights will apply.

This cabin is perfect for our group. Great stay third time around. The management company has a bit of work to do. Attempted to find the owner and drop him a quick email and was unsuccessful. The towel/garbage bag/paper towel/toilet paper situation is un satisfactory. We had a group of eight and 4 days can use up those items. Garbage can access and dumping was a problem as well. Showed up full and was never picked up so we ended up hauling our trash ourselves which is less than ideal. This doesn’t reflect on the cabin or the owner but who ever is maintaining it. Call ahead and make sure you have plenty of these items. The cabin is spectacular!!!!

Our stay at this lovely home near Victor, Idaho was amazing. We loved that it was far enough away for privacy, but close enough to enjoy Grand Teton National Park. The home had plenty of room for our family and extended family to enjoy. We will definitely be staying here again.

The perfect location to launch from for outdoor adventures. Relax at home w dinner on the grill and a glass of wine. Clean, comfortable and spacious.
