Second master with en suite bathroom, plus 2 additional bedrooms (both with a queen bed) which can share the third bathroom. Extra kids bed for overnight grandkid stays. Plenty of closet and storage space throughout. 2 car garage with drawers/space for storage. 2 bikes for local cruising.
The home is comfortably furnished and features 5 televisions (include 70" flat screen), Wifi, ceiling fans throughout, and lovely indoor/outdoor feeling. The formal living room has a gas fireplace. The dining table expands to seat up to 8. The kitchen has quartz counters and is fully stocked with cooking supplies and utensils (see reviews). The breakfast table overlooks the pool. Office/den has large flat screen TV, glass top desk and chair/file cabinet, wireless printer for your virtual office needs. Separate laundry room and 2 car garage. On site safe (ask owner for instructions). Alarm.
Close to shopping and restaurants on Washington Street. Nearby parks include Adams Park, Indian Wells Tennis Garden and Monticello Park. MacAllum theatre and Freedom Park less than 10 minutes by car. Less than 5 miles from local casino, 10 miles from Agua Caliente Casino, both feature popular concerts. Less than 5 miles to El Paseo and directly north of La Quinta Inn & Spa Resort (a Waldorf property). Plenty of local golf, shops and great eateries as well as grocery, dry cleaning and the usual coffee shops. Bring your credit cards if you like to shop!! A local Walmart, Costco, Lowe's and Home Depot as well as grocery and other big box stores offer tons of options if you need something last minute for your stay. Grocery stores include Ralph's and Von's on Washington, Sprouts and Trader Joe's on nearby 111. Whole Foods within 5 miles in Rancho Mirage on Hwy 111.

This is a non smoking house. Limited tobacco smoking in designated area of backyard outdoors is acceptable, unless neighbors object verbally or contact owner directly. No parties besides guests or other events allowed. La Quinta is highly restrictive to renters and excess cars on street will cause owner to be contacted and fined by police. Some additional covid-19 restrictions currently in place locally.
