We enjoyed staying in this property. The living room furniture has changed since the photo was taken, but otherwise it was exactly as pictured. Everything was clean and the kitchen was great to cook in during out stay. Beds were comfortable. Rudy stopped by to make sure we had everything we needed.

Loved staying here. It was centrally locates to all of the things we wanted or needed. The patio was awesome. Rudy was great to work with. Will definitely stay again.

The house was very cosy and comfortable. The terrace is also really nice. Great place to relax after a full day of enjoying LA. The location is good. Within a 25 minutes drive you are at all the hotspots of LA.

The pros: very large 3 bedroom house with nice kitchen, comfy beds, cute patio and responsive owner/manager.
The cons: house was freezing cold despite cranking the thermostat (only had one, old radiator in the hallway), running the electric fireplace, using two heat fans and all the extra blankets in the house. Had trouble with WiFi (eventually got fixed), Netflix did not work, and the location was not within walking distance of anything.
