This rental homes will sleep up to 26 guests comfortably, and each home has a full kitchen, living room, and dining room.
Our Clearwater Beach Cabana is only 2 blocks to the beach and is within walking distance to restaurants, entertainment, water sports, sightseeing and Pier 60. Our rental home is a short drive to the nearby beaches of Indian Rocks, Redington Shores and St. Pete Beach. If you prefer, the Clearwater Jolley Trolley, it stops conveniently nearby our Clearwater Beach Cabana, and it will take you all the way down to St. Pete Beach and stops along the way.
This rental home is one of a kind on the beach, as it is one of the few large beach homes in our area. There is nothing else like it available on the island. The Clearwater Beach Cabana is located at Bruce Ave and Lantana Avenue in North Clearwater Beach. You can rent our Clearwater Beach Cabana as a whole or you can rent each rental home separately.
If you rent all 3, you will have a private pool and courtyard. If you rent each villa separately you may be sharing a pool and a large courtyard. The Clearwater Beach Cabana is made up of three rental homes that make up a wonderful and large beach compound.
The first rental home which is named Bruce Cabana has three bedrooms, one bathroom and it will comfortably sleep 8 guests, featuring 3 Queen beds and a Bunk bed. This rental home in North Clearwater Beach has its own living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and access to the pool and courtyard. This cute rental home is perfect for a group wanting to stay close to the beach and within walking distance to all activities.
The second rental home which is named Guesthouse Villa has one bedroom, one bathroom and it comfortably sleeps 6 guests with 2 Queen beds and a Queen futon. This cozy rental home is the smallest of the three and has a full kitchen and a breakfast area. Our Guesthouse Villa in Clearwater Beach also has full access to the lagoon style pool and the large courtyard.
The third rental home which is named Lantana Cabana has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and comfortably sleeps 12 guests with 4 Queen beds and 2 sleeper sofas. Our Lantana Villa has its own full kitchen, dining room, living room and full access to the pool and courtyard.
With the 3 rental villas surrounding the large pool and gathering area your group can be together, yet each enjoy the privacy of their own rental home. Overall this trio beach complex is perfect for large groups, families, corporate retreats, church groups, school groups, sports teams and small weddings. Our Clearwater Beach Cabana has enough parking space for up to 6 vehicles.
This property allows 1 pet - if approved there is a non-refundable pet fee of $150.00 + taxes
Pool heat is an extra cost of $35 per day + taxes - up to 85 degrees from Nov to April.
Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).
AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.
Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.

We had our girls trip here and with the 3 houses we had enough room for all 18 girls to stay. We loved the location and had the best time on this trip.

My family recently had the privilege of celebrating my mother’s birthday with many of us together at the beach! We rented all three units and there was plenty of room for everyone, whether they were there for the entire trip or just for a visit. We have a very large family and this setup accommodated us well. Our party hosted a range of ages from 7 months to 80+ years old. Now, let’s talk about location...We were just a couple of blocks from the beach! It wasn’t a long walk on the sand to the water which was pretty nice as well. It was never crowded when we were there which was fantastic! We found SO many sand dollars, and overall array of shells! I definitely recommend this property!

Overall my experience wasn’t horrible but there are a list of items that should be corrected. I was very upset that we did not get the door codes until 1hr after check in. I was in town with three other families and planned our day around being in the houses at 4p like we discussed from the start of reservations. All three houses were very clean and smelled clean. Lantana house is very outdated. The bedrooms and living area furniture needs to be updated. The bed frames on the left side of the house are very cheap and noisy. The beds weren’t very comfortable either. The lantana refrigerator had a broken shelve. The lantana bathroom doors are ripping on the bottom. There’s a hole in the ceiling in the guest bedroom that has two twin beds. The guest house freezer does not work and the water pressure is VERY minimal. The water pressure barely gets the soap off of your body. The Bruce house was fine, needs updated furniture and touch up paint. The backyard needs some cleaning up, there were leaves everywhere. The backyard needs some thinning up with trees. We had perfect weather with no clouds in the sky and the pool has zero sun on it the whole time. Thankfully we heated the pool but still swimming in a shady pool sucks. This is outside of your control but the house next door is under complete renovations and they start work at 7am. We were woken up at 7am on vacation everyday. Totally outside of your control but should be explained to guests this summer. I mentioned the leaves in the backyard, the landscaper came over around 830am blowing leaves out. That should be scheduled better. We’re on vacation and should have to deal with noise that early in the morning. The houses are very spacious, I think with a little investing the house would be way better. It’s showing as very worn down at the moment. Again, wasn’t horrible but I expected a lot better for the money we paid. We wouldn’t rent again.
