Whether you're grilling on the deck, enjoying a soak in the hot tub after a long day, or just catching up on Netflix in the comfort of the living room, this home has something for everyone. Minutes from Keystone, A-Basin, Loveland, Copper, Breckenridge, and more. The unit backs up to Arapahoe National Forest, creating quiet nights and access to hiking right out your door.
Loads of windows to keep things cool and comfortable in the summer, this south-facing home is filled with natural sunlight with clear views of the snowy peaks of the Ten Mile Range. Comfortable living room with gas fireplace for enjoying a movie or the big game on a new 55" 4k TV after a long day of hiking, biking or skiing. Fully equipped kitchen with dishes, cookware, coffee maker, Keurig, and utensils. Refrigerator has built-in ice-maker. USB ports on counter for charging devices.
The master bedroom in the loft features a king bed, large his and hers closets and en suite with his and hers sinks. 43" TV with DVD, Chromecast, and HD cable. A Pack 'n Play is available for young kids. Downstairs BR includes a queen/single bunk bed. 32" TV with Chromecast and HD cable. Both bedrooms have humidifiers to combat the dry air and make your rest as comfortable as possible. The living room sofa has a queen sleeper mattress.
All beds feature premium luxury hotel quality linens with high thread count and hypoallergenic down-alternative pillows. Additionally, all beds have white duvets with duvet covers that are washed between each guest stay so you can sleep comfortably knowing that you're sleeping on freshly washed linens.
Bathrooms are stocked with 5 sets of premium towels including over-sized bath towels, hand towels and washcloths. You'll find basic supplies such as shampoo, conditioner, and lotion.
