We enjoyed the house overall, it was close to town, loved the breezes off the Sea of Cortez. A few exceptions were the wooden lounge chairs, a few of us got splinters from the edges. The knobs on the stove have the settings worn off, so hard to use the oven. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay very much.

The pool and hot tub were amazing. The beds needs to be replaced. The master bed was like sleeping on concrete. We had to buy a foamie to make it more comfortable. The small appliances need to be updated. The toaster, coffee machine and microwave are ancient. You can’t read the dials on the microwave. There is a dog rescue next door that houses 5 dogs and they bark constantly. There are wooden bars on all the windows and doors that you have to put in place before you go to bed or leave the house. We feel we paid top dollar for this rental and was very disappointed with the condition of the house. It needs to be updated for that cost.
