I have stayed in a handful of units at this resort and this unit is by far, MUCH better than others that I have stayed in. The floors were a little bit dirty, but far cleaner than other units. The beds were comfortable (again, a rarity!). Just a few minor things to note that would be nice if they could fix - 1. the sliding glass door going out to the balcony does not close all the way, it looks like one of the doors is not on the track correctly so there is always a gap at the bottom. Since I travel with kids, I prefer to be able to completely close and lock this door. 2. The volume on the living room tv is very loud and does not appear to be adjustable (the other buttons on the remote work, but not the volume buttons) so we had to use the tv in the master bedroom instead because the volume on the living room tv was unbearable after a while. 3. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, cups and silverware but it would be nice to have more things to cook with - oven mitts, a medium sized pot, a round tray to go in the oven, things like that would have been helpful to cook with. Overall, we love this resort for the location to shopping and my kids love the pools. We will likely stay here again and will try to book this particular room if it is available because it was much nicer than the other units we have stayed in. I definitely recommend! The items I noted are not deal-breakers.

condo itself is pretty spacious and very home like feeling. room was clean and well maintained upon arrival and the view from the balcony was breathtaking 10/10 i recommend staying here for your panama city visit

We took our son to the beach for the first time and we loved our condo it was affordable for last minute and great beachfront location. We had plenty of space and would love to book again in the future.

I would recommend Vacasa, but not this home.
The plates in the cabinet had food pieces dried on them.
Blinds had to be covered with a sheet because the blinds were torn up and people on the balcony could see in the bedroom.
The place is clean but needs major updates.
The pole that holds the curtains up over the door leading to the balcony is leaning. The bracket that holds it up is broken.
The mattress that is in the front bedroom is drooping in the front. It’s slops down.
The couch in the living room needs a deep cleaning. The ottoman is sinking in.
The freezer had ice build up in it. The ice was really old.
If you want something’s nice and updated. I would not recommend.
