The property is fantastic for groups as they have big terraces for each room. Very well maintained and very supportive staff.
The only concern is the location which is not suitable for people who would want to go around roaming as there's nothing around the property .

With my famiy 3 adults(65/52/51)including femail senior citizen,only 1 mail 52 yrs age,check in: 04.11.2025/ check out: 07.11.2025,really unbelieavle journey in my life on kalimpong/ lava/ rishop!!! Really the guidance of manager SUBRATA young dynamic guy,so cool,always smiling ,low voice understandable person,tara didi,who was distributed breakfast, lunch,dinner to us,shuvo very calm person,all staff are really excellent.and our cook,uncomarable his cooking,mindblowing.our 105 no:mountainview clean room clean bathroom,huge balcony with flowering gardening,regular cherishing GLORIOUS KANCHANJANGHA from our bed with early morning fog,sunlight etc etc etc.and last of all,the MADAM,the person to whom I communicated from kolkata,always corporate me with her guidance.it's unbelievable.100% recommended from myself.what a hospitality!! Mindblowing.thnx for waiting my repeat visit.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff are super friendly & well mannered. I appreciate the warm hospitality & excellent service provided by the staff. They made me feel right at home. Food was also very good. The breath taking view of Kanchanjunga from the hotel balcony is excellent. Also the hotel is very clean. Overall I am satisfied with my stay in the hotel and in future if I come to Kalimpong, I will definitely try to stay in this hotel.
