I just left 49 5th street in Hermosa Beach yesterday, after spending the month of June. It was awesome!!! awesome little house, awesome location, neighbors were wonderful and I have every intention of going back and renting the place again!!!Thank you SO much!!!I highly recommend to anyone wanting a cool beach vibe place just steps to the sand!!!Susan M

What a fantastic place. We loved our stay. We took walks down the Strand every day. The location could not have been better. We can’t wait to come back. Our host were fantastic. Thanks.

Everything worked out well in getting in and settled in this house. It's reasonably well stocked in the kitchen. It has lots of indoor and outdoor space. The location is awesome, so close to the Strand and Pier Ave. Finally, the parking in the garage is spacious. I was worried about our medium SUV fitting based on past rentals but this was not a problem at all.

The location and courtyard were great. Outside Cushions old, faded, torn. Need to be replaced( Big Lots reasonable and easy to do- easy improvement.)
House needs Heavy Cleaning top to bottom. Dirty Baseboards covered in dirt. Hairs on bathroom floors.ugh.
Every bedroom needs a flat screen TV
House desperately needs updating .
