Everything worked out well in getting in and settled in this house. It's reasonably well stocked in the kitchen. It has lots of indoor and outdoor space. The location is awesome, so close to the Strand and Pier Ave. Finally, the parking in the garage is spacious. I was worried about our medium SUV fitting based on past rentals but this was not a problem at all.

Repeat customers at this delightful Hermosa Beach rental. Located close to the ocean on a quiet, picturesque walk street with friendly neighbors. Many amenities valued by us, including fireplace, garage plus parking pass, and inviting patio with well-tended flowers and plants. Management is responsive and effective. Eager to return.

Cannot beat the location, close to beach. It was quiet and comfortable for the two of us, plenty of towels and linens, kitchen supplies, etc. Had a little trouble finding the garage at first, because it’s in an alley but after that it was smooth sailing. Would definitely stay again! Thanks Alex!

The location and courtyard were great. Outside Cushions old, faded, torn. Need to be replaced( Big Lots reasonable and easy to do- easy improvement.)
House needs Heavy Cleaning top to bottom. Dirty Baseboards covered in dirt. Hairs on bathroom floors.ugh.
Every bedroom needs a flat screen TV
House desperately needs updating .
