Zentrale Lage, Handwerker dringend nötig!!
Die Lage ist wirklich sehr zentral, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bus sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Auch das Tropenhaus gegenüber ist schön anzusehen. Es ist ruhig. Ein Parkplatz ist direkt am Haus - die Einfahrt ist allerdings sehr steil. Wir waren in der Wohnung unterm Dach, von der Größe ausreichend für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder für die Dauer des Urlaubs.
Beim Betreten des Hausflurs kam uns ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch entgegen, welcher im Laufe unseres Aufenthaltes nicht nachlies. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist passabel, allerdings sollte dringend mal ein Handwerker bestellt werden. BAD: Gardine gerissen, Hocker und Mülleimer kaputt. Dusche läuft aus, demnach ist angrenzendes Laminat im Flur kaputt. Handtuchhalter abgebrochen. WOHNRAUM: Die Schlafcouch ist defekt, Gardinenstange fehlt - dafür liegt ein Kupferrohr auf dem Rollo welches einem auf den Kopf fällt, wenn man das Rollo runter macht. KÜCHE: alle Schrankfronten waren klebrig, die Tür die in den Raum auf geht hat schon Schranktüren rampuniert die man bei Nutzung in der Hand hat. Wir hatten Kaffeereste in der Kaffeemaschine, das Backblech für den Herd ist zu groß, demnach nicht nutzbar. Die Tür vom Gefrierteil vom Kühlschrank ist defekt und taut daher scheinbar dauerhaft ab. Deckenlampe mit kaputten Leuchtmitteln. Ich habe alle diese Dinge direkt am ersten Abend an booking und am zweiten Abend an den Vermieter gesendet, und habe von beiden KEINE Antwort bekommen.
