House has screened in porch area as well as beautiful dining area.

Experience the serenity & beauty of Duncan Lake with its restriction on power boats with speeds exceeding 6 MPH making it the perfect place for swimming, kayaking, fishing or watching the loons. Lakefront has perfect exposure with sun from morning till night. Enjoy barbecuing or spend the night under the stars.

For Fisherman Duncan Lake provides an ideal location. As described from the BAIT AND HOOK REPORT "Fishermen will find a variety of fish including rainbow trout, largemouth bass and brook trout here. Whether you’re baitcasting, spinning or fly fishing your chances of getting a bite here are good." A fishing license is required and can be easily obtained from the local hardware store.

Bedrooms are newly furnished and contain brand new queen mattresses (purchased 2019) and full amenities. House is WIFI equipped.

Although you’ll feel as though you are in a hidden quiet oasis, very convenient to shopping with a Hannaford Supermarket, Duncan Donuts, Walgreens & Family Dollar right around the corner in walking distance. Convenient to restaurants too with Lake Winnipesaukee boat cruises and Wolfeboro with its many specialty shops nestled in historic storefronts just 10 minutes away. Also located half hour from North Conway where you can find tax free outlet shopping with national name brand outlet stores or enjoy the picturesque views of Mount Washington, Mount Chocorua as well as many other popular family attractions i.e. as Storyland, Santa's Village, & North Conway's Historic Railroad.

Autumn rentals also available to enjoy gorgeous fall foliage. Area has been dubbed one of the best fall foliage viewing areas in the country by major publications.
