Great location, near the beach
There's no air conditioning, just a single fan which was not sufficient, so it gets really hot during day and night

No aircon, but a fan was there which helped. Very small towels.

Pretty much everything.
The hosts were very good and had provided things that other apartments don't e.g. shampoo, toilet paper, towels, sheets. Clear instructions. Clean apartment.
5-10minute walk to the nearest beach.
Close to shops.
Relatively quiet.
It was possible to park nearby on the street/pavement.
I suppose air conditioning would make this even better albeit the apartment remained cooler than many we've been in
$$$$
