Set in the hills between Ventura and Oakview/ Ojai off Highway 33. 7 min drive to the sand, 10 minute drive to Oakview/ Ojai, or 20 minute drive to Carpinteria. Remodeled w/ Marble Counter Tops in Bathroom and Kitchen, Bamboo Wood Flooring, Extra Deep Soaker Tub/ Shower in bathroom. Stainless Steal Refrigerator and Stove/Oven. High Speed Internet/ Cable/ Flat Screen TV in living room. Laundry Room on site shared with Two other Professional Guests. Outdoor Community/ Garden living space w/ stone floor, pergola and built in seating for guests. Parking on site for one car. Three minute bike ride to the Mountains to Beaches Bike Path. Mountains to Beaches race runs by each year at the end of our street. Residence who have enjoyed living here are Ventura County Medical Residence, Travel nurses working at Ventura Community Hospital, VCMC or St. John’s Hospital. There simply isn't enough space to express how much my wife and I enjoyed out stay here. It literally was a home away from home. The apartment is perfect and has everything you need - it is in a beautiful and quiet area with great neighbors. The common garden area is very nice with the added treat of homegrown vegetables. We stayed on the property for 3 months while our own home underwent a renovation and Susan and Jimmy made the whole process simple. They were awesome hosts and even helped us book an extra week when the renovation was still progressing. They were very flexible and kind and we really appreciate their hospitality. In terms of location, you could not ask for a better place. It is a short drive from downtown Ventura and the beach and also a short distance from Ojai. There are lots of good places to dine a short distance away and plenty of grocery stores and anything else you might need close at hand. We are so thankful to Susan and Jimmy and enjoyed our stay so much that we were sad to leave. We would highly recommend staying with them if you need a place near Ventura.

Very nice, cute, cottage. I was looking for a place to relax and unwind. Fit the bill perfectly. The owners were very accommodating. Would stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this quiet, comfortable apartment and hope to stay there again. It is well equipped and Jimmy and Susan were great hosts. We highly recommend it!
