Breath-taking lakefront home in the beautiful upscale community of Pecos Ranch in Chandler, AZ. Home has everything needed to make your vacation a memorable event including 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, family room, living room, dining room, 2 car garage, 2 covered patios with BBQ grill. Home is equipped with 5 person paddle boat, 2 sets of men's golf clubs, fishing poles, basketball, (2) tennis racquets, bocce ball set, 2 bicycles, baby-friendly highchair and port-a-crib and toys are available upon request. WIFI provided.
Neighborhood clubhouse has swimming pool, kiddie pool, tennis courts, bocceball courts, horseshoe pits, and ramadas/gazebos. A neighborhood park has playgroung, basketball courts, and walking paths. Lakes, waterfalls, and walking paths are throughout the neighborhood.
Careful planning results in areas that are ideal for vacation getaways, family reunions and special events like graduations, baby arrivals, sporting and musical events and happenings at ASU.
Community features include 5 lakes, multiple waterfalls and 2 creeks. Lakes contain various species of fish and ducks. Catch-and-release fishing is permitted. Migratory Canadian Geese visit the community during the winter months.
For entertaining, the dining room will accommodate at least 6 diners, the casual kitchen bar/nook area will seat 7 and the outdoor table will seat 4 - 8.
Numerous golf courses are nearby and has 2 sets of men's golf clubs are available upon request. Golfing is plentiful in the Chandler area with San Marcos Golf Resort, Ocotillo Golf Resort and Whirlwind Golf Resort to name a few, nearby. Many have 'summer discounts'. This is a year-round sport in Chandler.

We enjoyed our stay. Had everything we needed. Beautiful yard. Enjoyed watching all the ducks and geese. Would recommend.

This property is in a great setting. Watching the ducks on Gunstock Lake is so much better than a fenced in yard! The updated showers are perfect for those who do not want to "slip" in a tub. Everything is super clean and Preti is responsive and very helpful!

The lake views and yard provide a relaxing getaway. The pool is very conveniently located. The house was well organized.
