About this house rental
The "Il Segnavento" farmhouse is located at the top of a hill, it is a restored 18th century house fully equipped with all the necessary comforts. It is located on 2 floors with a large living room with kitchen, two bedrooms each with its bathroom. The house has a garden with barbecue, tables and chairs for your outdoor meals and swimming pool for exclusive use. Particularly suitable for children due to the presence of domestic animals and farm animals. Bicycles and games to use in the open air are available. The house is surrounded by the Moscato d 'Asti vineyards and on sunny days you can admire the Alps. Ideal starting point for walks in the Unesco area
The owners of the house live in a wing of the villa with a different entrance that does not disturb the guests but will be available to them during their stay, if necessary.
During your stay you will be provided with suggestions on places to visit, activities to do and typical restaurants. Cassinasco is in a good position to discover the south of Piedmont. We are close to Acqui Terme, Canelli and its underground cathedrals where Spumante is conserved and now a UNESCO heritage. It takes 40 minutes by car to go to Alba, Barolo, Barbaresco, Neive, La Morra to drink good red wine, good food and white truffles.
In 1h / 1h30 you can reach the sea, the mountains and the cities like Turin-Genoa and Milan

We loved staying at the Segnavento, everything felt so homey and welcoming it was hard to leave! Host responded to messages very quickly and was helpful answering any questions we had. Recommend!

Für 2 Wochen hatten wir (2 Erwachsene + 2 Kinder) IL Segnavento gemietet. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Familie Ghione begrüßt und wir fühlten uns von der ersten Minute an, sehr wohl. Das Haus ist sehr schön, gepflegt und es es ist alles da was man für einen unbeschwerten Urlaub braucht. Das Haus liegt erhöht und man hat von allen Seiten einen atemberaubenden Blick in die wunderschönen Hügel des Piemonts. Besonders der Pool hat es uns allen angetan. Auch die Tiere, vorallem Bianca und Maggie, haben uns viel Freude bereitet. Familie Ghione sind die perfekten Gastgeber. Diskret aber mit unwahrscheinlich viel Herz wurden wir immer wieder mit Aufmerksamkeitein überrascht. Wir können Il Segnavento uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Einfach wundervoll !!!

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances dans notre location de cassisnasco. Très jolie propriété, au calme avec un panorama magnifique ,superbe piscine avec son tres beau point de vue sur les vignes et les collines environnantes . La maison est d'une propreté irréprochable et il y a toutes les commodités pour le quotidien.
Le gros plus de cette location est la gentillesse et l'accueil des propriétaires , ils ne savent pas quoi faire pour vous être agréable et vous faire plaisir et cela en toute discrétion. Je recommande fortement cette location et j'y retournerai avec le plus grand plaisir.
