Comfortable and spacious villa immersed in the Salento countryside 3 km from the sea (Ciolo). Located a stone's throw from the beautiful rocky coasts of the Adriatic side and the white beaches of the Ionian side.
The house is located in the municipality of Gagliano del Capo about 5 km from Santa Maria di Leuca; all essential services, (bakery, grocery, market, bar) are r as well as the center of the village, can be reached in 2 minutes by car.
The strengths of the villa are: the intimacy and tranquility of the place, but, at the same time, the location that allows you to reach the most beautiful points of the Salento area and to take advantage of the roads of the adjacent countryside for long walks to walking or cycling through the numerous cycle paths in the surrounding area.

Très agréable séjour dans cette jolie maison en pierres, maison ayant une âme, une histoire. Au calme sans être loin du centre de Gagliano ou de Leuca.
Entourée de champs d'oliviers, de jardins bordés de murs de pierres, de figuiers de barbarie, on découvre en parcourant la route plusieurs trollis.
Terrasse ombragée pour y manger ou se reposer, cuisine extérieure avec plancha, piscine et douche extérieure, bains de soleil...
Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les échanges, la disponibilité, l'amabilité tant avec les propriétaires qu'avec Franco et Annarita : de belles rencontres !
