After a hectic day enjoying some of Florida's many attractions, look forward to returning to this luxurious home, where even the largest of families can relax quietly or join together to have fun and make the most of the vacation.
All bedrooms, the children's den and the family room have cable TV, in addition both Master suites and the Queen bedroom have DVD Players.
In the center of the action the family room has a super comfortable leather sectional sofa, 55' HDTV connected to a Blu-Ray Player, along with the media server where you can watch movies and TV shows on your schedule and without commercials.
Accommodations:
Primary accommodations are on the ground floor where you will find
- One King master bedroom complete with en-suite bathroom and access to the deck
- One Queen room with its own bathroom which also has pool access
- The two children's rooms which are fully themed with the Kid’s favorite Disney characters, both of these rooms share a Mickey themed bathroom. One room has two twin beds the other a twin over double bunk bed.
- A carpeted play room with a selection of toys, games and books, along with a PS2 system which has over 20 games available
- Separate games area which houses our 8ft pool table.
- All rooms in the house have ceiling fans
The second floor houses the fabulous Royal Suite, a luxurious 24-ft by 27-ft room which has a king-size bed, private bathroom, it’s very own sitting and TV area. The only problem you may have is deciding who sleeps here....!
Common Areas:
In addition to the fully equipped kitchen complete with breakfast bar and nook, the villa offers a full size Laundry room with front loading washer and dryer, a Dining Room for up to 8 people, a separate formal Living Room, and the main Family Room.
For the youngest guests:
We offer a full range of baby and toddler items at no additional cost.

Outside Areas:
Outside there is a fully-screened private pool measuring 30 feet by 15 feet dropping from three feet to six feet at the deepest point. There is also a luxurious, four-person spa. Heating is provided for both the pool and spa.
For the safety of our younger guests, the pool and spa are surrounded by a child-safety screen leaving a safe area on the deck for children to play. Deck furniture including lounges and chairs are also provided. Ceiling Fan over covered area of Patio for extra comfort when eating outside.
To the front of the house there is a triple garage and driveway parking for three cars, one car can also be parked inside the garage.
About Grand Reserve:
Grand Reserve is located close to all the parks (Disney is less than 18 minutes away) and has easy access to all the malls and other attractions of central Florida. Local shopping facilities are just five minutes away.

This house is a good place to stay with family and friends to have a great vacation. Except that there are some minir things that need to be taken care of, like the strollers need to be replaced if you want to provide strollers for the families, and the kids bathroom shower curtain to be changed. We felt that the kitchen needs some more basic spices(like the sugar, salt,pepper,oil and coffee powder). But overall I would say this house is a great place for vacation with enough space for kids to have fun. Our kids had a good time in this house. I would definitely recommend this house for a vacation.

My family thought unit was over the top and provided an excellent base for visiting the theme parks. The pool was an extra perk and we enjoyed the extra amenities. A large group would find plenty of room to enjoy during their stay. We had 9 and had plenty of room. Price is very competitive and the owner was excellent to work with, I choose this unit over motels and have no requests over my decision. I would strongly recommend this home for a visit to the area.

This is a lovely home to stay at while in Orlando. It is well stocked with kitchen utensils, pots, pans, griddle etc. The house was clean and in good condition. Our bed was very comfortable. Lots of stuff for the baby too. Bouncer, excersaucer, monitor, etc. We enjoyed the pool and the spa. Publix is very close as are a few pizza places which were convenient when we arrived there late. I would stay here again. My only negative comment would be that check out at 10am is not easy to accomplish especially with young children and the "cleaning list" you are left to complete before departure which includes stripping all the beds and doing at least two loads of laundry as well as leaving everything tidy and in its place. Thankfully Amish was able to give us a noon check out and we just made it. Dealing with Amish, the owner, is a pleasant experience. All questions were answered promptly and professionally.

We stayed at the homes for the reading week break. The home was great and easy to get to. The owner was definitely easy to reach and excellent to deal with. The pool and hot tub were great. As for location, it had great access to the Disney parks, Universal studios, and shopping. Everything that we could hope for.
While the home was nice it could have used a little TLC. The cleaning was mediocre and the dishwasher needs to be replaced. It was disappointing to arrive and have to clean the dishes first as they were covered in food debris from the dishwasher. During our visit, the weather was cooler for a few days so the pool heat was not available and the owner has the house thermostat password protected. This left the home too cold even for us Canadians. With a few tweaks and improvements the home could be a 4 or 5 star but in the current state it would be average. I would stay at the house again, just need a couple of these issues to be addressed. Like I said the owner was great to deal with and would recommend her.
