About this apartment rental
We are so pleased to be offering for rent a recently renovated Casita (little cottage). Situated in the grounds of Villa La Gaviota, it is a stand alone 1 bedroom house with its own private bathroom and shower facilities.
It can accommodate 1-2 people comfortably and has two single beds, TV, Fridge, Wi-Fi, Tea/Coffee making facilities, Ceiling Fan and small veranda. It can be rented separately from the main villa.
Set within a group of only 3 villas, (Casa Picaflor and Santa Ana), La Casita Gaviota is situated in the grounds of Villa La Gaviota. It's landscape boast's magnificent open spaces with fruit and tropical plants that adorn the garden.
Guest access
Guest have use of the swimming pool, the separate laundry room with a washing machine. A gas fired BBQ is available for use and they have use of the surrounding gardens. The villa is in a quiet cul-de-sac within electric security gates. (Please note: there are no cooking facilities available in the Casita - Room Only).
Other things to note:
The property is not suitable for wheelchair users or for those with mobility impairments as there are steps to the property. Please inquire direct for further information prior to booking this property to ensure its suitability.

Sosua, Dominican Republic is one of the best places to pick when visiting. What made my holiday even better was this beautiful villa we stayed at, Veronica and Andy are two great host and are very welcoming. They leave you a folder with all the best places to visit in town and beaches which includes a lot of information about the city.
Will definitely be coming back next year! 😁
