Charming apartment on the frontline of Playa Blanca promenade right in the in middle of all amenities. It has been recently renovated and tastefully decorated.
It is made up of a spacious terrace with BBQ and fantastic ocean views with seating area perfect for creating memories, a nice open plan living room with flat screen SmartTV49 and a kitchen area fully functional for cooking and fully equipped with oven, microwave, coffee machine, pots, pans, cutlery and other utensils. Find a modern bathroom with lots of light and a spacious shower. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed to relax in after a day exploring the lovely island of Lanzarote. Free Wifi and A/C in the whole apartment. The bathroom is equipped with washing machine. Modern style and just recently renovated this apartment is 100% what you are looking for.
Wake up, sit on the terrace with your coffee before treating yourself with an early swim in the ocean.
Otherwise stay at home on the large terrace to enjoy the sunsets while having a nice Malvasia wine or just put on your trainers and enjoy a walk along the promenade into the lively town of Playa Blanca or towards the beautiful Marina Rubicón. Sitting on the terrace you will be able to enjoy Lanzarotes impressive sunsets and harbor view.

Difficult to find in the dark dispite having the map. A better description would be immediately above restaurant cosina del puerto, which is actually our favourite restaurant!Harbour view and cleanliness exceptional. Had problems with tv which our host tried to resolve immediately. A small drinks/ table a must!Shops and restaurants on the doorstep. Easy parking and no stairs inside or out!A wonderful holiday home will be glad to return, thank you.

A wonderful place to stay and to be welcomed with a bottle of wine, fruit and water. Such a well planned and thought out apartment with a great view over the harbour. Two things I would suggest is : a small coffee table in front of the sofa and a more detailed map showing the position of the property would have been very helpful.

The apartment is small and away from the central parts of Playa Blanca. But very comfy and nicely arranged. Oscar was very helo/pful and welcoming and checking in and out was easy.
