We absolutely LOVED this property, and these owners. We wanted for nothing: all bedding, towels, pillows, and the kitchen stocked with pots and pans, utensils, coffee makers, and so much more. Plus, the house itself is BEAUTIFUL. It's a wonderful split level design with attractive architectural features. It's spacious and welcoming, with four large bedrooms, and comfortable accommodations for a family of five, including two living rooms where we could relax, plenty of dining area, and an outdoor barbecue if you want to grill. Plus, it's just minutes from all the shopping and amenities you could need: groceries, retail, gas, and a lovely shopping mall, all within a three to five minute drive.They also had everything we needed for the beach: chairs, umbrellas and beach towels were all available, and we took advantage of their hospitality. The outdoor area is really the star of the show: a lovely deck with a huge gazebo overlooking the Mission Viejo Country Club was where we spent most of our time. Also outside: a fire pit with comfy couches to sit around it, lounge chairs and a huge hot tub. The owners were especially kind and stayed in touch with us during the trip...they checked in to see if we needed anything, but we really didn't need anything at all! It was just such a wonderful experience, we're already thinking of going back next year. Run-don't walk-to this property. It's a fantastic value, and the location couldn't be better!

This is our second time staying at Katie’s. We just love her place & it is the perfect fit for multiple families traveling together. The backyard is large & a perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee or meals. Rooms are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies, & the layout is really great for families with kids who may go to bed a bit earlier than the adults- we love to sit by the fire after all of the kiddos are asleep :). The location couldn’t be better- perfectly in the middle between the beach & family we have in Orange County. Katie is always so easy to get ahold of, happy to help, & a wonderful host. We hope to come back again & again!

We stayed at this property last week for our daughter's college graduation. We had a great stay. The house is as nice as it is in the photos. Everything was wonderful and Katie the property manager was available for any questions. It was perfectly located. 20 minutes to Orange and 20 minutes to Dana Point. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you.

This was a beautiful home! Loved all the different living spaces and the views were amazing! Great outside area! The host was easy to communicate with. Could really use a good deep cleaning. Pillows were very old and stained. Could only find a couple of washcloths. This home has TONS of potential!

We had the best week long stay here. Any issues or questions we had, Katie was quick to answer and very helpful. The house provided us plenty of room for our group… we enjoyed game nights in the living room, brunches in the beautiful backyard, & all slept soundly in our rooms. We had a wonderful time staying at this home with our family. Katie was very helpful and responsive with our questions. The home is centrally located with easy access to most amenities. Beach Days and a day at Disneyland were the highlights of our family trip. The views of the golf course were also fun as we watched golfers try to negotiate the sand traps and pond on the hole at the Mission Viejo country club. We loved staying at this home so much that we hope to be back during our next trip.

We are 4 old HS friends who reunited to swim at Masters Nationals in Irvine 40 years later. This house is awesome! We all had our own space, the outdoor space is fabulous! We loved the hot tub! This would be a great place for kids as well., as the garage has ping pong and other games. The manager was very quick to respond. We couldn’t have had a better experience and we highly recommend.

Katie is the best super host! From the minute we arrived, a beautiful basket was just inside the door with many goodies and wine awaiting us. The wonderful views of the golf course, the night time lights to the hot tub to help melt your muscles, to the ping pong table made this spot very special for our family. Location location location means close to the beaches and shopping, the restaurants are fabulous in any direction. The beds are comfortable with plenty of blankets, towels and extra sheets, along with beach towels. The supplies are endless, I never bought a paper product! This super host is really super!

We originally booked this property for a family vacation in 2020 however we had to cancel due to covid travel restrictions. At that time the owners were more than accommodating in providing us with a full refund, which was very much appreciated. We finally were able to rebook this home for our family vacation in January 2023. We spent alot of time looking for a property that would suit our needs and this home did not dissapoint. It was the perfect size for our family of 7. The location of the home is great. A safe, family friendly neighbourhood. Close to shops and access to the I5 freeway. In our opinion the perfect location to base yourself if you are looking at spending time in the OC. The home was clean, well presented and better than the photos. The outdoor deck is a great place to unwind and the jacuzzi was soo good. The property manager Katie was so accommodating and helpful. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. We totally loved our time in this home and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.

We had a great time at Katie's place. It was clean, nice and everything we expected. The patio overlooked a gold course and had total privacy from the neighbors. The house has all the beach stuff you could need- chairs, wagon, beach towels, and ice chests. The kitchen was fully stocked with all cooking supplies to make a nice dinner. The place was great. Would 100% recommend staying there.

We traveled(by car) from Texas for our son’s wedding in the area. One never completely knows what the accommodations are going to be. When we arrived we were elated! There is indeed room to park 3 vehicles in the driveway. Wonderful curb appeal, then you open the front door to an immaculate home with a killer view! This home has ample room for family and guests. The outside deck and yard is amazing with views of the golf course and evening sunsets. The 4 bedrooms are all large and comfortable. The kitchen was immaculate and had everything I needed for the week. Added Bonus is the wonderful Katie who Manages the property. Always responded immediately to text when needed. Communication was excellent. We highly recommend this property and definitely will reserve this again!

We loved this home! Views were perfection- the hot tub kept our kids busy and happy and we loved sitting my fire pit under the outdoor lights every night. Enough room for kids to run around and play. It was awesome! They loved exploring the house as well. If I were staying here for the first time I'd want to know two things: dogs are allowed here, so if you have allergies or are sensitive to that, come prepared. In the master bedroom you can hear the freeway traffic- it's not loud, but you can definitely hear it. If you need perfect silence to sleep-bring earplugs. Nothing to keep you from staying here- it is worth every penny. Honestly such a fun place with plenty of room for kids to play!

This house was so great that it is hard to know where to start. Its spacious rooms, beautiful patio and hot tub area, very comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen and more. Katie was so responsive when we needed anything. Our family was able to relax after all the excitement of Disneyland. We will definitely go back when we are in the Mission Viejo area again.
