The property is in a wonderful neighborhood.So nice, I bought the house next door. Great town, house was very nicely furnished. Had everything we needed. Quiet, homey and well appointed.

This property is everything we were looking for. It felt like home as soon as we opened the door. It’s well equipped and the location was exactly what we wanted.

Just returned from a wonderful getaway in Carefree where I enjoyed staying in this lovely, convenient, very well-equipped home convenient to golf and sight-seeing. Home was immaculate and well-equipped with everything needed for both short- or long term stays. Thoughtful touches for short-term visitors include full linens, toiletries, and even luggage racks in bedrooms. For longer stays, spacious laundry room boasts high-efficiency washer and dryer on raised platform for easy loading/unloading. Home is well-equipped for cooking and dining in (if you like), watching a movie (or the World Series as we did) on the large screen (3D) television, or just relaxing on the private patio in the rear of the home (complete with new gas grill andheaters for cool nights). One-level living makes the home perfect for families with young children or those with mobility issues. All three bedrooms enjoy privacy (i.e. no common walls), so early risers and night owls can coexist in harmony. My stay was quite short, but home is perfect for a longer-term rental, with loads of storage for golf gear, luggage, or even storing holiday gifts until Christmas morning.Owners were extremely responsive and helpful, and provided golf recommendations and dining suggestions. Will definitely visit again. Cant wait to return.
