House facing the sea with direct access to the beach, perfect to rest and relax both in summer and in winter, accommodates 8 people in the suites and the possibility of 2 more people depending on a maid, garden and pool cleaning service included, and possibility of hiring a daily cleaner every day, with 4 suites equipped with double beds, television, air conditioning, heater and all with sea views. A praia brava de Floripa é a nossa favorita da ilha e a casa do Pedro foi uma opção incrivelmente maravilhosa. Os quartos espaçosos com colchoes bem confortaveis. A area da churrasqueira foi a mais frequentada pela familia, pois é extremamente espaçosa. A piscina deliciosa com agua morninha(sem aquecimento!). A casa fica a poucos passos do mar(agua limpinha) e o melhor de tudo: a vista da casa é linda demais. Os caseiros foram super atenciosos e estavam sempre a disposiçao para ajudar. E para quem gosta de cozinhar, a cozinha é bem equipada, tem tudo! quanto a limpeza, nota 10. com certeza voltaremos no proximo verão!

Alugamos este imóvel por duas semanas e o nosso único problema foi conseguir fechar as malas para voltarmos para casa! A praia Brava é uma das melhores praias de Floripa e esta casa, é sem dúvida, a melhor casa da praia. Belíssima decoração, piscina com um caminho de hortênsias, vista de tirar o fôlego, acesso direto para a praias ao mesmo tempo: completa privacidade!! Foram duas semanas dos sonhos e o melhor aluguel que já fizemos! Super recomendo!
