Sunbreeze Villa is a very secluded, grid tied solar-powered home and pool nestled on the lush side of Mt. Eagle along the stunning Cane Bay, on the lovely Caribbean island of St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands. A modern home with island charm and marvelous ocean views. You can see St. Thomas, St. John, and the BVIs, all while being within minutes of award-winning beaches, bars, scuba diving and fine dining.
Sunbreeze Villa can accommodate up to 8 vacationing together yet allow for privacy with 4 bedrooms 4 full baths. Outdoor living space overlooking the glistening pool and Caribbean Sea. It has a lounge area with built-in day bed or Hammock for afternoon naps, teak reading chairs, hand-crafted wet bar, outdoor shower, teak dining table to seat 8, stainless gas grill, and relaxing pool lounges. The views are extremely beautiful!! Comfortably accommodates 8 guests max.
To the east, is SUNRISE Villa and to the west is SUNSET Villa. Villas have central great rooms with cathedral ceilings, full kitchens, master bedrooms with private baths, and upstairs 2 more bedrooms with private baths. All floors are tiled with Italian travertine. The front of each Villa faces the sea with a wall of 8 foot, all-glass, French doors that open to the Sun and Breeze, hence the name! Both great rooms and all bedrooms have lovely views of the sea.
***Sunbreeze Villa will only be rented to one reservation of 2-8 people at one time. No double-booking of multiple reservations at once during same dates to ensure privacy and total relaxation!!!

This house was absolutely perfect for celebrating my milestone birthday! We traveled with four couples, and everyone loved having their own private bedroom and bathroom. The home offered plenty of indoor space, but we spent most of our time outside because the views were truly breathtaking. The pool was a highlight and so relaxing to enjoy together.We couldn’t have asked for a better location. It felt wonderfully private and peaceful, yet it was just a short drive to Cane Bay Beach and The Landing.The driveway is steep, but with Jeeps and a spirit of adventure, it quickly became part of the experience.We also really appreciated being greeted at the house and given a quick tour along with helpful local tips. That personal touch made us feel immediately welcome.We are already planning our next trip back to St. Croix and will absolutely be staying here again!

The view from this home is breathtaking. The team taking care of it is superb. Great communication throughout. Really love the two separate living spaces for two couples, and it would also be great for eight as the two upstairs rooms have their own baths and access to the downstairs living/kitchen areas. Great party house all around. Enjoyed opening all the doors and enjoying the screened in view. The yellow chairs are perfect for sunset. We spent lots of time at the table, especially with sporadic rain. The road up to the property was a real issue. It's very steep (hard to walk) and had major potholes---but we are told it's being fixed. The restaurants and beaches down that strip though are so fun. Free beach chairs to use, walk up bars, great food at The Landing. Off the Wall is a fun spot for a drink. And don't miss out on AMA restaurant (requires a reservation and you should dress up a bit). Plan to stop at the adjoining bar first for a spectacular view and then enjoy an excellent meal. Driving to Frederiksted or Christiansted is a journey. Taxis are spotty so have a plan or rent a car. Don't miss out on the sunset sail with Jolly Man. We also did an all day trip with them and highly recommend the experience. Swimming with turtles is a core memory. We preordered groceries and liquor at The Market for pickup on arrival. Super smooth process. Polly's is nice for breakfast in Fredricksted and The Fred Hotel has a fun beach bar and great tacos (kitchen closes 3).

In many ways the property was better than the pictures. Our stay was wonderful and the house has everything you need. Layout is perfect for two families or one large one. Easy access to the beach and the best views I've had in St. Croix. Excellent stay for our family

This stay was amazing. When you view the pictures to the home you think, “ doe it really look like that ?” And the answer is yes! The views are stunning and that’s even when it’s not clear out. Our family loved our stay. We would recommend it to anyone.
