Enjoy this vacation spot in sought after Upper Deer Valley a short walk to Silver Lake Village! You will not want to leave this spacious, beautifully renovated, 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath condo that comfortably sleeps 10. The short walk to Silver Lake Village provides access to wonderful restaurants, shops, and the mid-mountain lodge. Start your day here, buy your tickets at the lodge or ski out your front door and be the first on the snow by following “Success Run” down to Snow Park base lodge. All new hard wood floors, oriental carpets and designer rugs on the main floor along with a high end kitchen, gas fireplace and soaring views make this a top choice for your vacation at Deer Valley! With big mountain views, this beautifully decorated and fully renovated 3700 sq ft three story townhome has all of the extras you could hope for! It is filled with upscale designer furnishings and art. The large and numerous windows bring the outside in while allowing for fantastic mountain views. The large gourmet kitchen w/granite counters, double ovens, stainless steel appliances, Wolf gas range and Sub-Zero refrigerator is a chef’s delight! The knotty alder cabinets are filled with everything you might need to serve your family and guests. The open area allows for conversation between the kitchen, dining and great room while also clearly defining each space through architectural details. The full size dining area seats 8—10 and the kitchen island seats 4 for snacks or a casual lunch.
Enjoy your time off the slopes in comfort in the large great room with soaring ceilings and views, large gas fireplace with stone hearth, beautifully decorated with up-scale designer furnishings. WiFi throughout. Enjoy the balcony on those sunny afternoons or star gazing on crisp clear evenings.
The Master suite awaits you on the upper level offering fantastic mountain views. This beautiful room includes soaring ceilings and a deluxe king bed, gas fireplace with stone hearth, large flat screen TV and private seating area. Unpack with ease using the large double closets and built-in double bureau, the en-suite bath, with heated tile floors, private commode area and large shower that is next to the private kitchenette with coffee bar and under-counter refrigerator.
The second master suite is also on this floor. Enjoy this spacious room with soaring ceilings and designer touches. The king bed, large flat screen TV, sitting area, two large double closets and bureau welcome you and allow un-packing with ease. In addition, the en-suite bath with large shower, heated tile floors and private commode offer great comforts!
The upper level also offers a spacious seating area and large screen TV with Comcast cable. A full size washer and dryer ease your need to over-pack!
The lower level offers two large bedrooms. One has 2 twin beds and one has 2 sets of bunk beds and a sitting area with new pull out queen sofa bed. Double closets and bureau in each room, large, top of the line flat screen TV's, and en-suite baths w/radiant heat tile floors. Each of these baths is a tub/shower combination.
All linens and towels, extra blankets, pillows, and hair dryers are provided in each suite.
Also included is free internet and a Sonos sound system throughout the condo. In addition you can enjoy your music while soaking in the new hot tub with an easy open top on a private patio.
On the main floor, entering from the two-car garage or front door, is the large mud room with heated tile floors and multiple built-in boot dryers. This area has storage galore making it a perfect place to gather while getting geared up for a day on the slopes – your boots, gloves and ski attire will be warm and dry thanks to the heated tile floors and built in boot and glove dryers. Leave your boots and gear here to dry at the end of the day or when you stop in for a mid-day snack!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Deer Valley home and would return in a heartbeat. The location could not have been better—easy access to the slopes, quick drives to Main Street, and close to everything we needed for a perfect ski trip.The house itself was ideal for a large group. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out, yet the main living areas were warm and inviting for gathering after a long day on the mountain. The kitchen was well stocked and perfect for group meals, and the bedrooms were comfortable and quiet—everyone slept great.One of our favorite parts was coming back each afternoon to relax, cook, and spend time together. The home felt thoughtfully designed for both convenience and comfort, which made the trip easy and stress-free.Communication and check-in were smooth and seamless, and everything was exactly as described. Overall, this rental made our Deer Valley trip truly memorable. Highly recommend to anyone planning a ski vacation or family getaway.

Our host was very helpful from start to finish and quick at responding to any questions. Our trip included 2 families/9 people (all adults), and this house was perfect for us with 2 large/well furnished master bedrooms and baths and plenty of room for the rest of the family to spread out in the other bedrooms and bathrooms. Luxurious kitchen, living and dining spaces as well, and the house was well equipped. We enjoyed the hot tub. Location was great and we were able to ski to the mountain even though not much snow this year so far.

I'm so glad we came across this home for our family's winter ski vacation. Being right alongside the trail was huge because it reduced the stress of getting the kids onto the slopes in the morning, and offered flexibility in that their instructors could simply drop them home early if they wanted to finish skiing before us adults. (It's more ski out than in, but it's doable.)
The owner was communicative and accommodating. And the house itself is well-stocked and cozy but plenty spacious.
The only thing I'd note is that if you're extra sensitive like I am to artificial fragrances & mainstream cleaning products, this house has both. But again, I imagine the owner would make accommodations if asked.
