About this house rental
We have a strict minimum of 5 nights stay .
Come and stay at beautiful boomerang beach and completely relax !
*Beachbums@ Boomerang is ideally located a only a one minute walk from the northern end of Boomerang Beach. No more getting in the car to check the surf or go to the beach or trying to find a car park .
Boomerang beach is a spectacular, crystal clear spot on the mid north coast. There are beautiful national parks surrounding the beaches and also Wallis and Smiths lake nearby for fishing, kayaking and SUP's . There is a great variety of waves for all levels around the pacific palms area.
Elizabeth, Blueys and Celtio beaches are within 5 mins and Seal Rocks is around 20 mins by car
* Beachbums is loctaed in a quiet street with a great sunny , modern and airy outlook. Beachbums catches whatever breeze is around as it's elevated . Fans are provided for the bedrooms also.
The courtyard is suitable for small pets only and they must be well behaved! Please no noisy barking dogs as we have lovely neighbours and want to keep them happy . Please remove all pet droppings before you leave and please note we charge a cleaning fee for pet hair removal from inside the house .
*The property has 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is kingsized and is upstairs with an ensuite.
Bedroom 2 and 3 are down stairs and are queen sized and double sized.
* Also downstairs is another tv area containing a pull out sofa bed. Ideal for kids to watch a movie or as another kids bedroom. No extra charge for using this area as a bedroom !
*The living kitchen and dining area is upstairs with a deck and bbq . Ideal for lazy afternoons or relaxing reading the papers.
* There is a small courtyard and garden area underneath the deck. Here you can laze around in hammocks and use the outdoor shower to rinse off after a swim . Or escape the kids and read a book/ papers !!
* laundry with washing machine and dryer
*There are cafes, general store, pharmacy and newsagent at Blueys beach nearby.
*Beachbums would suit one large family or 2 small families.
Bed linen is included , so you just need to bring towels .
Please no bucks night/ schoolies / hens nights.

Lovely house, and very close (walking distance) to north end of Boomerang. Very homely with lots of great books to read. Unfortunately, STAYZ sent us the wrong address with our check-in email and we spent a frustrating half hour trying to find the house until we could contact the owner.

Helen has made this house feel like a home. The kitchen was fully equipped and great for our Christmas feast, which we then enjoyed on the stunning deck outside. Great location, can almost fall into the beach from the front door!

A beautifully presented characterfull cottage filled with natural light and ambience.
Thank you for a magical week - we loved it and so did our dogs!
