Tolle ruhige Lage, Pool ideal zum schwimmen (6x10m), in 5 Minuten in Kanfanar und 25 min nach Rovinj.
Einkaufen von Lebensmittel in 5-10 Minuten zu erreichen, am besten nach Zminj.

Beautiful, comfort and very clean house.
Villa Emma will give you peace and real vacation even if you stay with two small kids :)
Hosts surprise us with 2 bottles of wine and olive soap, so this is something you don’t see every day..very nice.
From now on, our choice is Villa Emma and we are definitely coming back.

Located in central Istria, the villa offers a peaceful and comfortable holiday. Half an hour drive to the most beautiful cities and beaches. The villa is fully equipped and has everything needed, and more than that. Kindly hosts are at your service, and as all people in Istria, will make you an unforgettable holiday!
