The house is very nice for location and style but needs some small adjustments (toilet cover broken, old conditions air and lack of proper cleaning). I hope to back and find these improvements next time.
Air conditioning was not appropriate/enough for the house, wc cover is broken and the apartment was not cleaned properly( dirty fridge, fingers prints all over the kitchen). I suggest you to change your housemaid to keep the level aligned with your cute apartment.
