About this apartment rental
Unit #4 is a spectacular family-friendly unit. The bedrooms are situated on opposite ends of the condo for added privacy. The ceilings are vaulted with wood beams and large custom windows bringing in lots of natural light. The unit has high-end finishes including tile floors and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully-functional. It has a gas range, microwave, dishwasher and full-sized refrigerator and is stocked with utensils and pots and pans. Some basic condiments, spices and coffee are provided. Additionally, the kitchen has a large breakfast bar with stools. From the kitchen is the living area which has ample seating and a flat-screen t.v. with Dish TV. There is also wireless internet. Off the living space is the dining nook. It is accentuated by a chandelier and large windows with views onto Main Street. At this end of the condo is a bedroom with a double and twin bed and a private bathroom. A second bathroom is in a common area outside the second bedroom which has a queen bed. Each of the bathrooms have tiled walk-in showers, granite vanities and great water pressure with instant hot water. Towels, soaps and a hair dryer are provided. This unit is a fantastic option for couples or families with kids.
Mt. Joseph Lodge was the former home of an art museum and has amazing character and location. Sit on the covered deck and enjoy the sounds of Big Bend Creek and the local deer and birds that call the grounds home. The large landscaped grounds just off Main Street Joseph have beautiful landscaping and gorgeous Wallowa Mountain views. Relax and read a book on the gazebo or barbecue and the patio. The location is unbeatable; it is in walking distance to restaurants, shopping, art galleries, a grocery store and more, while still feeling exclusive.

We loved the place. Great location near shops and restaurants. Beautiful scenery all around. Deer in the yard.The unit was clean and included all the amenities you would expect and then some. Interior was gorgeous, area was quiet. Recommend and would definitely stay there again!

We've stayed in Joseph 4 other times but never at Mt Joseph Lodge and never a VRBO. The first thing we noticed was that it looked exactly like the picture on-line. The second, which is very important to us was, it was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of room for more than one person to cook, clean and serve. We will definitely stay again. Thank you for making our first experience pleasant and positive.

Loved the rustic decor and kitchen was well equipped to cook and loved the dining room table area. Perfect for card games as well! The garden was beautiful, and the river…proximity to downtown Joseph. We can’t wait to come back!!

My parents who are in their late 80’s and I stayed in unit #4. We enjoyed it! It is clean, comfortable and very nicely finished. There is a bedroom with a queen bed and a bathroom right across the hall from it. On the opposite side of the unit is a bedroom with a full size and a single bed. There is a bathroom in that bedroom, with a toilet and shower made private by a sliding door, and a sink/vanity/mirror in the room. We slept very comfortably there and would love to rent there again.It was a little tough lugging all the bags up the stairs so it might be important to know that #4 it is an upstairs unit (I believe the pictures show that). The stairs are interior and there are handrails on both sides of the stairs. My almost 90 year old parents were able to make it up and down the stairs without difficulty.
