This is a charming, tastefully appointed home that everyone will love. Comfortable and cozy, in the perfect location to enjoy all Stone Harbor has to offer. Enter from the welcoming front porch and you will find a lovely living room which leads into a dining room. The den (with single sofa bed) and kitchen both open up to a wonderful deck with chaise lounges and dining table to enjoy al fresco dining day or night. The master bedroom (queen bed) with walk-in closet and full bath complete this level. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, one with a queen and one with two twin beds plus a full bath. The queen bedroom has an attached deck, perfect for sunbathing or watching 4th of July fireworks. The home has a large driveway and a garage filled with beach chairs and boogie boards and a Webber charcoal grill with gas starter. The garage also has an outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Speaking of the beach, it is a short 2 block stroll away. 101st St beach has served our family well; we have spent countless days in the surf and sand, watching the kids play in the ocean and always keeping a sharp lookout for the ice cream vendors...
Stone Harbor's 'main drag' 96th Street is just five easy blocks away - walk or ride your bike to enjoy one of the most delightful beach towns on the eastern seaboard. Shopping, dining, miniature golf and more - fun for all ages. Park the car (there is room for three) and go everywhere by bike!
The home is ideal for a family or 2-3 couples. This is a family home which we also use ourselves, this is not a party pad. It has been lovingly cared for over many years by my family and we hope to share it with yours!

Exceptionally well equipped, lovely traditional cottage, excellent location. Front and back porches, spacious and highly functional layout, tasteful furnishings. Charming decor, we loved everything about the home, and found owner highly responsive and pleasant.

This is an absolutely charming vintage shore house, with nice modern amenities like central air/HVAC. The pictures don't do it justice--the rooms are larger than they look, and there is a lot of space on the main level (we were getting lost on the first day!). Cute yard, trees, big decks, and garage with lots of beach stuff, too. We've walked past this house for decades and are glad we could stay here for the first time!
