Our condo is on Sandy Beach, Puerto Penasco, Mexico and at the Awarded Las Palomas Resort. Less than a FOUR hour easy drive from the Phoenix area.

Our relaxing and fun condo is a One Bedroom, One Bathroom located in the Rubi building with spectacular views of the Sea of Cortez. Our Condominium is equipped with the finest from top-to-bottom, including granite counter tops and travertine tile and wall-mounted flat screen TV and sofa bed in the family room. Washer and dryer, Full kitchen with all appliances, and bedroom has a TV with a Blue Ray DVD player, blue tooth speaker, and Free wireless internet.
We have placed new appliances, king bed with memory foam topper, queen sofa bed, and chair with ottoman in our unit recently.
Breathtaking views and miles of white sandy beach on the Sea of Cortez just steps from the Condominium, beachfront living, championship golf, lobby check-in with restaurant-lounge area, fitness center, sundries/gift shop, a spectacular pool area featuring a negative edge pool with a waterfall and swim-up bar, a lazy river and water slide, water features, and walk-out beach with private beach palapas and pool side drink and food service. Lounge chairs and hammocks are provided for your poolside enjoyment.
Kureg in unit, bring your favoritek cup coffee, tea, etc..
**Low Sun Exposure,since we are in middle building allow for great mornings and late afternoon naps on the patio.**

We had a great time. The condo was perfect and had all the amenities we needed. We had no issues. The AC was perfect and we had no issues with being hot after being at the beach all day. We will definitely book again in the future.

Cold water faucet does not shut off properly, should have been at least one washer pod for guest use, no sugar, maids did not come when I specifically asked them , no instructions on how we should leave the place or for the tv….. just to name a few
