UPDATE: as of JULY 31, 2020 all 3 of our community pools as well as tennis and pickleball courts have re-opened!
This three bedroom, three bath home also has an optional den/4th bedroom equipped with two full size sofa sleepers. Bedroom 3 has two sets of bunks for a total of 4 beds. Located on the golf course, this home has spectacular mountain and course views and features a guest casita with separate entrance. As a guest, you will have pool and tennis access and are walking distance from the Empire Polo Fields.
Indian Palms is a resort destination with a 27 hole championship course (three nine hole courses). It features a double-ended driving range and a short game practice area with two putting greens. There are five lighted tennis courts, a fitness center (fee) with daily classes and an Olympic sized pool.
**Please note - Indian Palms over-seeds the golf course during Oct/Nov months. During over-seeding, 18-holes are always open. The schedule is weather based.***

We had a great time. Enough room for everyone. The little casita was terrific for our family. Bunkbeds were great too. Futons were a little hard to sleep on, but we managed with by putting blow up mattress on top. Great communication. Very responsive and helpful. House was super cute and kitchen was very functional. Had all we needed. Golf cart was super fun for our group too. Neighborhood is outdated-older pools, courts, clubhouse and golf was not "up to par". Huge community to get around, but we figured it out. It was perfect for our little family vacation. It accommodated us all and our handicapped grandbaby was able to easily get around. Look forward to our next vacation! Thank you

We had a great stay. Lots of space for our family of four plus grandmas my two year old loved the bunk bed. Pools were great and quite. We had it to our selves. Golf cart was a huge plus to get too and from pools. We would stay again.
