135 Salt Grass Ave, Surfside Beach, TX 77541 (we don't hide the address, so you know exactly what you are getting!). Spectacular ocean views from large front and private back decks. This house is only a few steps to the sand and direct access to the ocean. Newer 3 bedroom 2 bath vacation home is fully equipped with all new furnishings. 3 queen beds and a set of bunk beds. Sleeps 8 comfortably (up to 2 more on sleeper sofa, +$10 per person, per night). Granite countertops and stainless steel appliances in the fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, etc.), and kitchen counter seating (ideal for kids while parent in the kitchen). Other amenities inside include unlimited high speed internet (wired and wireless), cable 4K HDR TV with Blu-ray player in the living room and DVD library, 4K HDR TV and Blu-ray player in the master bedroom, sofa and loveseat, large dining table (seating for 8), stereo, private washer and dryer in the property, new central A/C and heat, and ceiling fans throughout enables you to have a relaxing and comfortable vacation with memories that last a lifetime. Spent 2 nights here with friends for our anniversary. Friday was a dark and stormy day but because the house is so well equipped with everything, we were perfectly content to stay inside, play games, eat/drink and be merry. Saturday was cool and windy but the front deck is perfect for sitting and enjoying the view and catch some sun while somewhat protected from the high winds. Location is fabulous, as is the owner. Comfy beds, comfy furniture, well stocked kitchen (dishes, pots/pans), great sitting area under house, charcoal bbq pit, every size/type of beach chair, umbrella, toy, etc. you could possibly need. THE perfect getaway.

It was a very pleasant stay. All things were well prepared even beyond what we expected, like drinking water (dispenser) and body lotions, and stuff…
